This griddle is lightweight, user-friendly, and like all GreenPan products, very easy to clean and maintain. We are starting to replace all of our older "non-stick" (and non-healthy) pots & pans, and are very happy with the griddle and fry pan we've purchased so far.

Though quality would be much better, seems like the top lay is super thin as you can see circles that surround the complete brittle and you can see the heating mechanism, there are scratches on I’m. Just seem pretty crappy for such a great company.

We really enjoy this griddle...it's non stick and good quality. The only complaint I have is I wish it was a little bigger. The other style they have where it's a grill/griddle wasn't really something we wanted so we went with this. Great product and we like it but the size is our only problem. Will continue to purchase items because the griddle, our pans and bakeware are fantastic!!

I got this to replace my older Black and Decker griddle. The non-stick coating was starting to flake and I really wanted to get a non PFAS griddle and this one looked like the one to get. I would say for pancakes at least, it needs to be a bit hotter than indicated. Otherwise, it works great and is easy to clean.
