I brought this in November and used it the same month. It worked perfectly. The rice was soft and delicious. Now here we are in January, and it won’t cook the rice. The buttons don’t work. I press menu to select the rice type or grain and it doesn’t move. It’s very frustrating. I’ve only been able to use this one time. This is disappointing.

The best “little” appliance that you will want on your counter! Great for making overnight oatmeal, and rice of course. Don’t let the small size fool you. Great for my hubby & I, and leftovers the next day.

I bought this item because I am really a fan of their pans. I love the pans so I thought I would give this a try. The only thing I can complain about is the size. I thought it might be bigger. But overall, I am really pleased with the cooker and it's versatility. We cooked Couscous in it and it did a fabulous job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a perfect and compact little rice cooker that takes the difficulty out of making rice. All I did is measure out the rice I want to make, add water, and push the button for the item I'm cooking. It has a feature to keep it warm for a while so I don't need to worry about it turning off and getting cold. Cleaning is super easy and it takes up very little space on my counter. Definitely see myself making rice a lot more in the future now

I’m usually cooking for one to do people at the most and the capacity of this rice cooker is perfect for meals, and even sometimes sometimes leftovers. Is compact an easy to store and looks great on my countertop one to use. It is so easy to use and quick to cook my rice.

I’ve enjoyed making brown rice as well as jasmine rice in this rice cooker and they both turn out perfectly.  I have tried many other rice cookers but this one I think is going to be a keeper. It doesn’t do anything that it’s not supposed to do and it does everything I need it to.
