Flimsy handle renders pick useless
I have used these many years and love them. My favorite model was the white and green pro with the rubberized handle. The plain green handle was acceptable. This new design is horrible and unusable. The handle is too flimsy for it to be a useful floss pick. None of the current Gum offerings have a proper handle and I’m now forced to find a substitute. Shame

This new design is awful and break within a second. We have been using your professional clean plus flossers for years and loved them.....they were the only ones we would buy. Now they are not made anymore so we did try the new design and every one broke. I will not be buying this brand again. Another customer lost

Great flossers
These flosser picks are great as an alternative to regular floss. These are much easier to use and save your fingers from abrasion. The taste is great too! This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

One of us has to switch
We’ve been using your Flossers for about 10 years and have lived through every iteration of your Flossers. When you first moved from the tape to string and a more flimsy design, I said I don’t like it but I can’t find a good substitute. Then you moved to a better design with the rubber coated tip. But this most recent change has made them so flimsy that they’re almost unusable. So unless you bring back the previous design I’ll be switching, because these are just terrible.

Weak new design
These used to be the best picks ever made. This new design is terrible. They do not have the rigidity necessary to pick properly. Quit trying to cut costs on plastic and give me back the great product you used to make.

Don't Fix It If It Ain't Broke
The new design is useless. Why don't you just say you wanted to increase your bottom line by decreasing the sturdiness of your pick, because that is what you've done. The floss still works just fine, but you've destroyed the pick. Please fix what was not broken in the first place. "New Design" Corporations think customers are stupid.

The Best Feature
I tried this product as with many others because I had as stroke in 2020 that effected my left side so I could not use 2 hands to floss with any longer. My teeth are not bad but they do get tight at night and that's where I have issues with other brands. The floss normally breaks or the support folds or breaks. With your product I only have to use 1 flosser at a time, it's GREAT!!! I LOVE IT!! It's Perfect for me. I brought 3 large bags 150 ea...1 in the bathroom upstairs, 1 in the bedroom upstairs & 1 in the bathroom downstairs. Cannot get enough of them!! Worth every bit....Well worth the money!

Great Product Careless Customers
We love the floss product. I never thought I needed a cell phone until I did. This product made a flosser out of a non-flosser. I wouldn't go anywhere without them. However, you have a huge problem. We're finding used ones on parking lots everywhere. It is Sunstar's responsibility to assure what you're profiting from doesn't add to litter problems. Find a fix soon before the government does.

The angled flossers are the best for me to use, the only ones that work for me with the tremor I have in my hands. The only problem I have is I can't find them in the stores and I haven't been able to order them from you. I have tried other brands but I am not happy with them at all.

Not TRUE! Most started sagging after use on two or three teeth necessitating using more than one pick for a single cleaning! Way too expensive to use as just plain floss does as good or a better job!

Works well 50% of the time
I have started to use this daily, but find that the string breaks about 50% of the time after the first minute of use. The pick works well, just not very happy with the floss giving out so quickly.

This "new" version is the absolute WORST. The body AND floss are extremely weak. The original version (solid green/no sparkles) were the BEST. I implore you to return to the previous version.

New Design is Worse
Just bought a new pack of these. The design has made the handle less rigid, making floss-flexible more difficult. I was using the GUM brand instead of others because of their older design. Now it's a toss-up with their competitors.
