[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though this game claims to be an easy to learn game, it’s quite complicated. It’s based on the city building concept, but in card form. While attempting to play with our 9 and 13 year olds, we all quickly grew annoyed with the concept and couldn’t quite grasp the rules well enough to stay interested. Maybe if we sat down with more patience and took another stab at it, we would enjoy it. However, none of us have had the urge to retry and at this point, have moved on to easier to play games.

With vibrant, colorful graphics that catch the eye, it’s sure to engage kids right away. Cards are very durable as well, game can last for a long time. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, I did have to watch a video to make sure I got it. Once I got it, it was easy to follow. The game offers a great balance of math, strategy, and luck, encouraging kids to think while having fun. My daughter is 9 and struggles with math and this game gave her a lot of confidence with her math skills. My teenagers also enjoyed this game with her. I absolutely recommend this, very fun!

It comes with cards and dice and you have to roll the dice and complete what is on the card to collect citizens. It was a fun and competitive game mixed with strategy and luck. It closes up into a small compact box, so it makes it easy to travel with. It feels well made, as well, so as long as it is taken care of, it seems like it will last a long time. Up to five people can play and it’s very easy to learn the rules. The game consists of cards and dice. Basically you have to collect citizens by rolling the dice and completing what is on the cards and the person with the best citizens wins the game. It’s very fun and competitive and I would recommend it to others.
