doesn't come with batteries which is fine - I tried two different sets of new batteries and neither work . I am returning for a refund and will search for a cleaner that doesn't require batteries .

This is probably really a 2-Star product for its intended purposes at this price point, but I’m giving it 3 because it’ll meet my needs. The product needs a simple pouring spout to help dump out the liquid after use. Also, the high-low setting is on the lid that flips up—useless when you can’t fully close the lid because your item is too big or you want to make sure it’s set right before closing the lid. Only 3 packets of cleaning solution were provided; no idea how to get replacements. Batteries not included. Okay for my purposes, but definitely not what I’d use for “travel” or for cleaning fine jewelry. (I’m using it for cleaning rocks, beads, and other craft-related things that need hot soapy water in an ultrasonic machine).

Marvelous for getting jewelry sparkling clean and shiny. Easy to use

This worked great on jewelry and also my watch ( it is waterproof)
