Designed for the littlest babies, the HALO® Newborn Insert helps ease the transition from womb to bedroom. Made from soft, breathable mesh, it cuddles your newborn, providing the cozy feeling of being held. When they feel safe and secure, they’re more likely to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It’s the only Newborn Insert approved for use with our best-selling BassiNest®. Clips securely onto side walls and can be removed for machine washing.
Designed to align with AAP safe sleep guidelines (not a baby hammock.) Compatible with all HALO BassiNests except for Twin sleeper.
Safety Reminder: Never use soft bedding such as loose blankets, bumpers, pillows, and positioners in the BassiNest. The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests the use of wearable blankets to keep your baby warm.
Age Range: Birth to 15lbs. Discontinue use when baby shows signs of rolling.
Cleaning Instructions: Machine wash warm on gentle cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Life saver
This was a life savor and I wish we would have had it from day one. Our little one would only sleep while being held. We bought so many bassinets, a swing, bouncer, snuggleme etc and nothing worked. It holds him like a little hammock and he will now sleep. If your baby dislikes being on their back and being anywhere other than your arms, give this a try.

No more co-sleeping
My newborn refused to sleep in our Halo bassinet and would keep us up all night. We finally gave in and started co-sleeping with her so that we could all get some rest. At three months I purchased this insert and she slept in it the first night with no problem! We’re now on night four and I couldn’t be happier.

We ordered the newborn insert the next day, and it helps limit the startle reflex. . . . pair that with the halo sleep sack with her arms out, and we are getting a few hours of sleep at a time where she stays in her bassinet
