A: Thanks for the question. No the BassiNest Swivel Sleeper 3.0 does not include wheels, so it can't be rolled around the house. That said, the top/bed section of the BassiNest detaches from the base and this can be moved around the home and used as a place to put baby when you need a hands free moment.

A: Due to the 360 degree rotation and swivel motion of the HALO BassiNest® Swivel Sleeper there is some give or play to the sleep area. The BassiNest® has been thoroughly tested for safety and it does appear your unit is well within the standards for our products. If concerned about the movement, the BassiNest® is most stable with the sleep area centered over the base post. Once the baby is placed in the BassiNest® this will help stabilize the sleeping area. Love this bassinet
I love how this swivels over the bed, so my baby is close to me at night time. This bassinet makes night time feeds so much easier, and it eases my anxiety to have my baby so close. The mesh sides are nice so that I can see him easily while he is asleep. We were able to set it up easily next to our bed. We hsve a smaller bedroom, but the base still fit easily next to (and partially under) the bed.

Very nice bassinet, my newborn loves it! Legs are low enough to fit under a lower to ground bed. The 360 degree swivel is clutch. The feature that allows the front of the bassinet to lower to easily lay or take my newborn out is great and allows for smooth transition.

I don’t like that you can’t lock the bassinet from swiveling. I have an active baby and she has turned the bassinet herself before. And it makes it like a toy for my toddler. It is also not very big. My 4 month old doesn’t have much space in there now that she is actively trying to roll over. When I lay her down and she is stretched to her full length she maybe has a couple inches above her head and below her feet before she it’s touching the walls of the bassinet. She easily gets herself pushed against the side which I don’t love even though it is mesh

I can’t give this a 5 for a few reasons. It’s very hard to tell how high your bed needs to be for the raised legs to slide under enough to utilize the swivel feature. Unfortunately, these aren’t widely available in stores to test out so I gambled and bought it anyway. It turns out, it doesn’t get close enough to my bed and in order to exchange it I’d have to pay return shipping which is basically half the price of a new one. Extremely disappointing that they can provide free shipping to you but no help for exchanging. I was even going to exchange for the more expensive one but now I’ll just deal with this one. For bassinets these prices it’s hard to commit to ordering something you basically can’t return. Otherwise, this is a very sturdy bassinet. Be aware the bed is a bit smaller than other brands and it doesn’t have a dropdown side that can stay down, only a push down side. If the legs were not raised and customer service could help me, I’m sure I’d give this 5 stars. Be aware of the limitations when purchasing.

I really regret buying this bassinet. The bottom base is super big and lunky and it cannot be moved from room to room. Buy a bassinet with wheels or spend more for a higher quality one.

Unsafe sleep
Initially, I felt like the base of this was so wide and I kept tripping on it. But figured that probably made it more safe and less likely to tip. I was wrong. The bassinet rocks and has a slant to it. This makes it easier for my baby to roll and I’m consistently worried about SIDS based on his position in the bassinet. This design should be recalled and the tilt issue addressed.

The legs are a tripping hazard
Cons- the legs are a tripping hazard. Unless you put it in a corner, I would NOT recommend this bassinet at all! The mattress pad is a weird shape and hard to put sheets on. Pros- adjustable height to match your bed, swivels, the side is flexible and you can pull it down so you can reach your baby but it’s still secure.

We bought this as a shower gift, but we were familiar with the product as our daughters have both used this bassinet. They loved them, felt they were extremely useful to have next to the bed for night time feedings, and found they kept their babies in them until almost 6 months old b before transferring to a crib. Therefore, we knew it was the perfect gift for my niece for her baby shower.

We have a tall bed and this bassinet fits perfectly with just enough room to pull it slightly over so I can transfer my baby easily. Being able to remove the basket part is convenient when we travel. The base is rather large but fits under our bed. I recommend it to anyone.

Great bassinet
This is a great option to have at your bedside if you have the space. The swivel action is great to let you move it out of the way to get into and out of bed, especially in those first days after giving birth. The drop down side makes night feeds easier so you don't have to stand up to get your baby out. The legs are a bit tall, so make sure you have enough under bed clearance to fit the feet, and they stick out fairly far. I ended up painting them with glow in the dark paint so I wouldn't stub toes at night. It was easy to put together, only took me about 15 minutes.
