Had this for 2 years. It worked great and only used it 2-3 times a month. I noticed the adapter was getting stuck and was hard to pull out. Yesterday, I was using it on low and it started to smoke and filled the air with a horrible electrical smell .

So I’ll give it two stars because it worked at first. But after repeated use it only heats properly around the heat ring. And that gets too hot compared to the rest of the unit. We bought two and I’m disappointed. It’s within the year that I bought it, so I’m considering reaching out to them and see about a refund.

At first it worked great! But after the 3rd use it stopped heating up. Not only that but the prongs it connects too started burning and smelling like plastic was burning. I don’t know why I never cooked over the 350 degree temp. I was really hopeful for this product.

The price should have been a tip off. Several problems with this griddle. It heats unevenly. The area around where the cord attaches gets SUPER HOT. The grease tray is really flimsy and does not go in and out smoothly. Hot bacon grease is nothing to mess with! It's actually unsafe to use. Don't buy it.

For a griddle, it doesn’t get very hot at all compared to other similar sized griddles I have had… what a disappointment… food takes forever to cook even on the highest temperature setting of 400 degrees… will try another brand.

This was one of our worst purchases. The edges on this griddle make it mearlyn8mpossiblw to make scrambled eggs without everything going on the coumter. After 4 months of ise, the surface of the griddle was not cleanable.

Purchased this griddle in November 2023. The plug in temperature control is melting. Every time we used it there was plastic powder debris left on the counter from the breakdown of the plastic temperature controller because of the excessive heat. We discontinued use because we feared an electrical fire or some other problem due to failure of the controller.
