Raclette is a centuries-old Swiss meal that lets each person “make it their way” while enjoying relaxed conversation. The nonstick grill/griddle has variable heat controls — perfect for searing meats, shrimp and vegetables at a much higher heat. With 8 individual warming trays, each person can pick their favorite cooked foods from the grill then dip them in the warm melted cheeses and sauces below. Or each person can use their warming tray to create a unique custom dish by combining their favorite grilled foods, cheeses and condiments. The raclette trays are great for keeping individual servings warm while other foods cook on the grill. They were cooked to individual's preferred level of doneness. Warming trays under grill kept food warm until everyone was finished cooking so all could eat at the same time.

There are so many things that you can do with it and so many foods that you could cook. I definitely love how easy it is to set up, how easy it is to clean and how easy it is to store. The trays underneath are great for melting cheese warming your sauces and all of your condiments. There's eight separate warming trays so one for you and one for all your friends. You can use this year-round in the summertime you can use it outside and in the winter time you can use it inside. When the grill is on it gets hot enough to cook any kind of meat food vegetables, cheeses and even eggs. What a great way to have some fun with the people you love.

When I received it, I realized it was exactly that. It’s so light and easy to carry. I love the pots on the bottom. Just this morning we used it for pancakes. Set up was extremely easy. It is very durable and well made. Cooking area is a generous size. Underneath warming trays were very helpful and easy to get to. Clean up was a breeze. And although I love the overall size my only issue is storage, it does require a little more storage space than other small appliances but definitely worth having. Works great for entertaining or daily family use as well.

I was able to cook onions & mushrooms separately in the personal trays, cook the burgers on the grill side & toast the buns on the flat side all on one appliance! No separate skillets for everything. Cleanup was so easy too. No scrubbing because nothing stuck at all. It’s super lightweight as well. You could take this to family or friend’s houses no problem. I can’t wait to do breakfast, hibachi and many other things on this.

I love that it has the combined grill and griddle surface for grilling meats and vegetables and the eight raclette trays under it for preparing cheese, sauces and your own favorite dishes. It is so fun to use with our kids or for a get together with friends. The surface heats up evenly and the food does not stick to the grill, griddle or the trays. I like the nice spatulas for each of the trays so everyone can prepare their own favorite food. I love the easy clean up as the plate, trays and spatulas are dishwasher safe. A fun raclette grill to enjoy many special occasions together with friends and family!
