A: Thanks for your great question. The main difference between the Original Handle (the charcoal Truman) and the Original Chrome Handle (the Winston) comes down to their materials and weight. Just to clear up any confusion—they both use the same blades and deliver the same great shave. The Truman is made from a zinc alloy and coated with a matte rubber grip for maximum control. The Winston has a metal core with strategically placed rubberized grips for extra control while you shave. Both razors are carefully designed to optimize performance and control based on its weight. For reference, the Truman weighs 1.35 ounces (without a cartridge), and the Winston 1.32 ounces.

Good quality shave for less
I was previously using Gillette Labs exfoliating razor and was planning to buy more refills but they are so darn expensive. I decided to pick up Harry’s with this handle and it gave me a nice smooth shave. So far I’ve only gotten 4 shaves and still going smooth. Spend less on refills too.

Think before you buy it!
Rubber surface on the front and corners it's awful. If you want to save money, just buy Gillette Mach3.

I'm a woman that has been using men's razors for body shaving for quite some time- I've been loyal to the Bic Flex 5 refillable razor but I was ready to try something different.. This razor is definitely different! It is sharper than what I'm used to but I had no problem doing my usual "razor and soap" method. The head got into the hard-er to reach places in my bikini area, picked up every long and bitty hair in one stroke, left my skin smooth and bump free, easy to rinse and easy to control thanks to the weighted handle. My arms and legs look so clean because the shave is very, very close. I also really like the look of the handle as it blends in seamlessly and coordinates with the rest of my hygiene products. Very happy I took a chance because I found my new forever razor:)

Terrible razor blade quality. One star for nice razor handle design but the blades are the worst with a moisturizing strip that disappears instantly. You will experience razor burn and death of 1000 cuts.

Biggest piece of Crap
I bought the whole kit for my son as a Christmas gift and the razor tore his skin off so bad he needed a stitch. And yes, shaving gel was used with the razor.
