Horrible.
It’s so bad. I used hair oil before washing my hair with this shampoo and it washed out nothing. It made my hair look very oily when I dried it. It also gave me even more dandruff. Would not recommend if you want a product that removes dandruff and cleans good.

Product Quality Changed
I’m using this product more than 5 years. It gives me a good result. But recently purchased one has no same quality as before. Before shampoo was thick now it is loose and looks like normal shampoo. It’s doesn’t work like previous dandruff are coming back soon after using.

Smells like a wet dog
I’m not a big fan of this. It smells like wet dog and leaves my hair dry and feeling like it has residue on it. It doesn’t lather up very well no matter how many times I wash and it never feels like it’s rinsed out completely. I end up using my husbands head and shoulders with old spice. It’s smells better, rinses out better and leaves my hair feeling better.

Smell's good
I bought this two weeks ago and I love the smell of it but for someone reason this head&shoulders shampoo I can't get all of it out even if I use a little and use alot of water to rinse it out

Great shampoo, horrible bottle
I love this shampoo, but the bottle hurts my nails, so today I tried opening it with the side of my thumb, AND I CUT MY THUMB BC ITS SO SHARP. I’m not sure why this is the bottle design they use, but that takes a 5 star rating down to a 1 when I have to put a bandaid on after showering because it’s so difficult to open.

This shampoo helped with my husbands dry scalp. This contains almond oil to sooth dry scalps. This shampoo lathers really nice and rinses off clean. The scent was quite soothing and not overwhelming. I would repurchase this product and do recommend.

This product was great for a flakey and dry scalp. I noticed a difference within the first three washes and it doesn't leave a residue like some other shampoos do. I used this with the conditioner and it left me feeling clean and refreshed.

This is a great moisturizing shampoo if you have dandruff, but a lot of people use H&S and don't have dandruff. This shampoo smells good and lathers well. It does have sulfates and does a great job of cleansing the scalp of oils. I probably won't buy again since I've learned that it's something else causing my flaky scalp.

Unfortunately I didn't realize that product had to be "shaken" before use. First use I saw that it was clear thinking an odd change to the shampoo. Alas, reading the directions, shaking, produced the familiar white shampoo. As a long time user of H&S I've never shaken a bottle; now I'll break out the glasses and read beforehand. I assume it's the almond oil that allows separation(?). Anyway I've found H&S to be a very good product!

Only thing that worked for husband's dry scalp
This is the only thing that worked for my husband’s hair. He has a dry flaky scalp that normal dandruff products never worked on. Now this and the conditioner are the only products he uses, it has gotten rid of ALL the flakes, for years now. He has naturally thick, dry hair, so it works. However, I cannot use this product on my hair as it leaves a greasy residue. My hair is more fine.

This shampoo got rid of scalp itchiness and dandruff in 3 washes. It lathers up lots and does not have an overpowering smell. My hair has not felt any drier so far with it. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

It leaves my hair crazy
I bought this thinking it’ll make my life a bitter. But nope! Nothing! I bought this shampoo almost 4 weeks ago. And every time I apply it leaves my Scalp so crazy! I still have those nasty patches of dry skin and Flakiness falling out of my hair. It looks like as if I haven’t showered in months. I don’t know if it has to do with the weather here since it has been a bit cold and I tend to get dry skin during the winter. But, I do not recommend this at all.
