I've bought this item 2x now in 2 different sizes from 2 different stores. It's been gross, 1st one felt way thicker then normal, 2nd one was CHUNKY when I poured it out. I won't be making the same mistake a third time

labeled. as a pint but it measures out as 1 1/2 cups. i used it to make scalloped potatoes so cant comment on ‘whipping’. Read the ingredients!

Something has gone off on this. We’ve purchased the store brand for years and has been perfectly fine for use in coffee. For some reason over the last few months, it has become thicker and more oily in mouthfeel. What has started out as a good purchase now has become a role of the dice. Whoever the current supplier is of this, I would not recommend it.

Just the perfect size and great value! I’m always stocked up in my fridge and will buy in bulk so I don’t run out! Hard to beat the price, when comparing to other grocery stores Target’s pricing is the best.

Great taste for the price. I historically used Horizons heavy whipping cream because the consistency, taste, and quality are top tier, but this brand is comparable.

It seemed like normal whipping cream, except they added carageenan to it. Someone decided whipping cream is not thick enough, so they used a non food additive known to be so inflammatory it is used to test effectivenss of anti-infammatory medicines. Just want to make sure people know about this so maybe one day we can buy basic ingredients without unnecessary/health risk additives. I hope target remakes this and takes the carageenan out! Please don't sacrifice quality and health, cream is all I ask for, thank you!

Love how thick this brand is

I thought the reviews were a fluke but no, it really is super liquidy. I expect my HEAVY cream to be a little thick, but this just… isn’t at all. My coffee creamer is about as thick as this. It did work in a pinch for the recipe I was using, but I would avoid this if you have another option.

I use this for baking and it works well. Taste is also good. Only a bit pricey item.

The movement to all Target brand name products is getting out of hand. Another reason I will stop shopping at target for essentails :( . I think it's great to have the target brand ONLY if still offering the other brand names to give consumers a choice. Target now only carries their own brand of heavy whip cream ( I am never able to find other brands to select) and also in a lot of other products you will only find the target brand. I purchased this only to find out its NOT safe for my family ( produced in a tree nut facility ) Nice - take away options target and then only offer this option. I am sad that Target is shifting this way and I worry as people may try target brand but will find their loyatly back to certain products that they are not willing to just get a cheaper version. Hope you can make it better sooner than later.

I war in a hurry to get some ingredients to make tiramisu. I don't shop for groceries often at Target, so I wasn't sure if they would have this item. Lukilly they did, and I ordered it with some other ingredients for pickup. I choose to pick up my items curbside, and they were brought to my car within a minuet since I arrived and it was cold. I also noticed it was cheaper than some other whipping creams at other grocery stores. Amazing!
