Our Favorite Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the go to knife our house. So when it was lost it was a must have replacement. The size, blade and weight can not be beat.

Disappointing
This knife is not particularly sharp. Henckels has such a good reputation that I'm surprised. Product does not live up to that reputation and is overpriced for its quality.

Excellent Potato Peeler
I bought this knife to replace a 3-inch paring knife in my set. It took me a short time to adjust to the difference in the size, but the sharpness of the blade was great.

No sheath
Have it for few days. Loving it so far. It would be perfect if it comes with sheath. It came with only a small one for the tip for packaging. Then we have been arguing if we need to put it back or not after each use. I don’t want to use it since it is so small and tight, and I almost stick myself when putting it back. But another family member feel safer to have it “sheathed”

I love the look and feel of this paring knife. The solid construction is well balanced and comfortable to hold. The blade is sharp and the acute angle makes it easy to shape and peel in hand with little waste.

Great for Camping
Purchased this prior to our last camping trip to peel and slice fruits and veggies. Nice and sharp looking, and feels perfect in the hand. Slightly serrated which helps get things started. Love how easily it maneuvers around peels and skins, and truly feels like an extension of the hand. Great value too!

I like the sleek, modern look of this line and as far as I am concerned, this is one of the most used knives in the kitchen. I keep this within easy reach of me where ever I am working in the kitchen. German steel, lightweight and durable with an ergonomic handle. Great gift to yourself or your friends and family.

I love the look of this two toned stainless steel paring knife. The graphite collection is made from high quality stainless steel that is corrosion resistant, The edge is nice and sharp and although they are fully forged they have a nice light feel in your hand. This paring knife has a good handle to blade ratio so it is comfortable in the palm of your hand for peeling but also fits nicely in your hand for small mincing or dicing tasks on a cutting board.

The perfect paring knife for all those smaller hand tasks - be it peeling, slicing or cutting blemishes. Easy to hold and has an ergonomic handle which makes it both comfortable and gives a good grip. Nice that it is made from German stainless steel and is lightweight. With a half-serrated blade, it gives you the best of both worlds and can also handle cutting tomatoes and citrus.

The 4 inch pairing knife is a knife that you need for the smaller kitchen tasks- slicing, dicing, mincing, etc. This knife has a fully forged bolster for extra durability and a sleek handle. Love the modern look!

The parer is essential for all the small tasks like peeling apples or potatoes, pretty much anything you have to do "in hand". Forged from German steel, this knife is sharp, durable, and has a great weight and balance. Love the sleek dark grey handle!

This paring knife fits in your hand like a glove. The knife is made out of high quality stainless steel so durable for the long haul. The handle is extremely comfortable and easy to grip. I originally was worried the handle might be slippery when wet but no problems, it has a brushed finish.

Excellent little paring knife. Comfortable in the hands. Good grip on the handle. It is great representative of this line of all metal knives.
