    Super sharp!

    The best knives made!

    I have been a professional Chef for 47 years. I have used Zwilling knives the entire time. The quality of the steel is second to none. The sharpness and edge retention can’t be beat. The ergonomics of the handle and blades are also the best on the market. I’m purchasing a new paring knife because the original blade has finally become too thin to sharpen. I love Zwilling!

    Pretty good

    I've had several of these knives and a full set over the years and for the most part have been pleased with their sharpness however I've ended up with two knives with damaged tips and I thought they would have been stronger. I certainly don't remember chipping away at something super solid but one has the tip off completely and the fillet knife is bent on the tip. I'm a bit sad but they're pretty good.

    My favorite knives

    Zwilling as a whole makes beautiful knives, I never stray from this company and have my full set through them. They are perfectly balanced and hold a beautiful sharp edge even under stress and constant use. The pairing knife in specific is well balanced allows for great percision and the hardness of the ld allows just enough flex without warping or breaks. Thank you zwilling for keeping me and my bosses happy!

    Lightweight, easy to handle, and great qualit

    These are nice, lightweight knives of great quantity. We own a few Zwilling and Henkel knives, perfect for the kitchen and carving large, grilled meats.

    Quality Zwilling Product you have grown to expect

    My parents had zwilling products since the 60's and swore by them. now that I have my own products I believe it. I tried other brands and always go back to zwilling. usually these products last a lifetime and hope it will for me.
