It has a soft scent so if you're sensitive to smells don't worry. It left my hair soft and manageable. I have coarse thick hair and it detangled easily. It also serves me as a great protectant after I blew out my hair it was soft.

It sprays easily and evenly without having to press too hard. Until it dries, it can look a bit greasy because it’s wet but once it dries it leaves hair shiny and smooth. I used this multiple times, but each time, my hair felt like it was coated in built-up hairspray and gooey rain. The smell is AMAZING and everyone seems to like it. Just not for my hair. I do like that the ingredients include castor oil and that the bottle is a good size and would last a while. I just wish my hair had taken better to it.

I wouldn’t use this as a heat protectant. It is very good for detangling and fighting frizz though! I won’t be buying again but it’s great to have for now.
