I have used this product for several years. My body has not become resistant to it like other products I have used including Senna and Milk of Magnesia.

I love the product and would change nothing....
I have taken Swiss Kriss for years. I had trouble with constipation for years....a friend put me on to this and have taken for years Never take any more in my dose or any less. It is earthy healthy it works for me without issues.... So it is really a life saver for me....

Swiss Kriss Works
I mix SK flakes with psyllium and acacia fiber in a12 oz glass of water with 2-3 oz of aloe vera juice 1 & 1/2 hours before lunch. I follow this with another glass of water or tea. It fills me up and acts as a catylist to good bowel movements and a healthy intestinal tract. I have been doing this for 15-20 years and am happy with the results. Highly Recommended.
