This product works just as well as Miralax for a lot less. It has no taste and dissolves pretty well. Make sure you’re staying hydrated while taking this and don’t take it for more than a few days at a time. It doesn’t make you need to use the restroom with immediate urgency right after you take it but it does soften the stools which was very helpful during my postpartum journey.

This stuff is really good to have. Recently I've been taking this new medication and I've having occasional constipation. I took some this morning with my breakfast and had a decent bowel movement. I'm so glad I bought this and this store brand one is just as good as the regular Miralax.

Great for constipation relief
I had the stomach bug and after I got over it I experienced a lot of constipation. I took this to hopefully ease it and it helped immensely! After I drank it, it began to work within 2 hours and I finally had a bowel movement after a week. This is a great product!

Never Again – Absolutely Miserable Experience
I bought the Target Up&Up version of MiraLAX because I thought, “same active ingredient, lower price – why not?” Well, I seriously regret it. I followed the instructions exactly – measured the right amount, mixed it in water, it dissolved perfectly, no taste. Honestly, I thought this was going to be smooth sailing. But within a few hours, my stomach started cramping in ways I can’t even describe. I wasn’t just uncomfortable; I was doubled over. It felt like my insides were twisting. Then the bathroom chaos began. Not just one or two trips – I lost count after seven. It was relentless, wave after wave, and I couldn’t leave the bathroom for half the night. My stomach kept gurgling loudly, the bloating was insane, and every trip felt urgent and explosive I’ve used name-brand MiraLAX before without anything like this happening, so I don’t know if it’s the Target version or just a bad reaction this time, but I will never risk it again. If you have a sensitive stomach or any hesitation, skip this. I’d rather deal with constipation than go through another night like that.
