Looking at the reviews, I’m not the only person to have this issue. I have no idea if the product works or not because none of the product will come out. I have tried all the tricks, nothing is happening. I should not have to fight to get into my overpriced acne gel. I never leave reviews, but seriously, the packaging is an issue that could be fixed with a different design.

By far my favorite spot treatment and I've repurchased countless times. My only issue with it is sometimes the applicator doesn't work. I've found a trick for this issue though with a skinny narrow object. You insert it in one the holes at the bottom and it starts to get the product to come out! Besides that issue it works great and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

The product seems to work pretty well, but my 12-year-old has a difficult time applying it evenly across his problem areas. And, there’s only 1/3 of an ounce in the pen. The pen doesn’t last very long, and at $20 a pen it feels pricey. Plus it feels needlessly wasteful to throw away this amount of plastic for such a small amount of product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hormonal acne year round; I usually breakout with whiteheads on my chin when I’m on my period. Using the pen on my breakouts before bed takes them away literally overnight. I have also started new skincare within the last month and my skin has been purging. Again on my chin, but also on my cheeks and forehead. This is just so nice to use when I want it to go away super fast. When the whitehead is really bad, I’ll use the pimple patch until it’s small enough then go over it with the pen and it’s gone. Absolutely love this thing.
