The Absolute Best Around
This is my favorite product EVER, the rescue balm is such a staple in my life I use it all the time. I always make sure to stay stocked up on it because you never know when you’ll need it. Makes post blemishes practically disappear and leaves my skin feeling softer then ever.

Used to be great, but they removed the great ingredients
This rescue balm used to be my miracle cream for blemishes. Beta-glucan and multiple, highly effective peptides are the Heros in this product that got removed with the new formulation. With those ingredients removed, they should not be charging the same price for the new product that's essentially just a super tiny moisturizer. I really hope they bring the beta-glucan and peptides back. Until then, take your money and go find a real hero product with hero ingredients. This product is just a sidekick at this point.

The best post blemish recovery
I’ve been a loyal rescue balm user for many years. It works great at healing my post pop acne as I am an avid picker. I don’t know what I would do without this product in my routine.

Love This!
Absolutely love this product. I have acne-prone, sensitive and rosacea skin, and I’ve never had any problems or issues using this. I love how long the product can last, because a little goes a long way.

My holy grail product
This product is truly amazing. I have found myself reaching for it again and again. It does a great job of drying out pimples after I put patches on them. I recommend this product to anyone who struggles with acne/breakouts.

Caused more acne
I tried this years ago and stopped I forgot why. I tried it again and it caused me to break out very badly. Then I remembered why I stopped.

hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I haven't used it on post care for pimples but I got sick and had a runny nose. I went through 3 boxes of tissues and my noses was a bit chapped and dry afterwards. I usually just put a thicker moisturizer and just wait. I remembered I had this and was like let me see if this will work. I put it on at night and the next morning my nose was almost 100% healed and by the next morning my the skin only nose was back to normal!

Post-Breakout Hero
I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own: I’m very intentional about how I treat my skin during and after a breakout, and one thing I never do is pop pimples. That’s just not something I believe is good for the skin. Instead, I rely on proper blemish‑control products and let the breakout resolve on its own. Once the area has healed — whether there’s a dry patch or not — that’s when Rescue Balm becomes incredibly useful. This isn’t a daily moisturizer for me. It’s a targeted step I use specifically during the post‑blemish phase, when the skin is fragile and needs support without the risk of clogging pores. What makes this product stand out is how reliably it hydrates and soothes without causing new breakouts, at least in my experience. The texture is lightweight, smooth, and absorbs quickly. No greasiness, no tackiness, no heavy residue. It softens the area right away and keeps it comfortable throughout the day, helping the skin look calmer and more even as it continues to recover. I also appreciate that it’s non‑comedogenic and non‑acnegenic — it gives me confidence to use it exactly where I need it. For me, Rescue Balm is something I keep on hand specifically for the healing stage after a breakout. It supports the skin beautifully, adds hydration where it’s needed most, and does it all without creating new issues. If you want a gentle, breakout‑safe hydrator for the post‑blemish stage, this is a reliable product that delivers exactly what it promises.

Post-Blemish Relief
I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own: I’ve tried a lot of products for the stage after a breakout, and most of them either feel too heavy or end up clogging pores. Rescue Balm is one of the few that actually works for my skin without causing new issues. I don’t pop pimples — I let them heal with proper blemish‑control products — so once the breakout has fully calmed down, I’m usually left with an area that needs a little extra care. That’s exactly where this balm fits in. What I appreciate most is how comfortable it feels on the skin. The texture is silky and lightweight, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any shine or residue behind. It gives just enough hydration to smooth out any dryness or roughness from the healing process, but it never feels like it’s sitting on top of the skin. It’s the kind of product you can apply and forget about, in the best way. I also like knowing it’s non‑comedogenic and non‑acnegenic. That matters to me, especially when I’m applying something to a spot that’s already been through enough. It keeps the area moisturized and calm throughout the day, and I’ve never had it trigger a new breakout. Rescue Balm has become a reliable part of my post‑blemish routine. It supports the skin exactly when it needs it, adds hydration without heaviness, and helps the area look smoother and more even as it recovers. It’s simple, effective, and genuinely helpful for that in‑between stage after a breakout has healed.

Good but may not be completely healthy or safe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Rescue Balm post-blemish recovery cream is a great idea and serves an awesome and helpful purpose! I am not 100% completely sure about some of the ingredients that it contains, is made with, and if this cream is completely healthy and safe to use though. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. #ad

Life Saver
Rescue Balm is such an underrated product. I have super dry acne-prone skin, and I use it for everything. It's so moisturizing and not sticky. Of course it's great as post-blemish care, but I also will use it as a final step all over my face in my evening skincare routine if my skin is feeling extra dry to lock in my moisturizer, and I will even use it on the back of my hands if they're super dry or cracked. I carry a tube of this everywhere with me.

Effective Balm
Hero rescue balm is a gentle yet effective product. It absorbs quickly, does not feel greasy, or clog pores. It did not cause any skin irritation. It feels refreshing. It leaves the skin smooth after post blemish marks. Its small size makes it portable. I can take it anywhere on the go with me. I had a very good experience with this balm. It will be part of my routine going forward. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. #ad
