New formula is no good, it’s so oily and sticky like a primer. It’s causing me to brake out. Bring the old formula back!!!!

this product has been a staple in my skincare routine for about 2 years now. i purchased a new tube about month ago and it’s the new formula, and unfortunately i’ve noticed an increase in breakouts. the new formula is very watery and greasy, not as thick as the old one. i’m so sad :(

The old formula worked snd helped hydrate and help my acne and it was the best on the market, the new formula is thin and doesnt do anything snd isnt hydrating .

I've used this for YEARS and I've been so happy with the results it gives. . until recently. I was worried when I couldn't find it in store and bought online instead. I saw that it said "new formula" and let me tell you, it sucks!! Doesn't calm my skin like it used to and the consistency is not the same. Why "fix" something that is working well? PLEASE bring back the old formula, Hero. 😭

It doesn't spread like it used to, is greasier, and does NOT clear up my skin like it used to. After the first week with the new formula, I'm not sure it isn't *adding* issues, but time will tell.
