Q: I'm searching for the model number to file a claim on a fan that stopped working and I can't find it anywhere in the specifications/invoice. We have this exact fan in white. What is the model number?

Q: The description says it has a temperature sensor, however, the one I received does not appear to have any settings for temperature?
A: Same. The one I got does not have a digital display or temperature settings. Very disappointing

For example, if you set the thermostat to 75°F (24°C) and the room temperature drops to 74°F (23°C) or lower, the fan will turn off. It will turn back on again when the room temperature rises above 75°F (24°C). To use this feature, press the Thermostat button and select your preferred temperature setting (60°F, 65°F, 70°F, 75°F, or 80°F). Q: I just bought this tower fan today, and it is not blowing out air. I am about to return it, but I wanted to see if there was a way to fix this issue.
A: Save yourself the problems in the future and jsut return it! Go with a different brand. These fans do not last long. I’ve bought 3 and two stopped working within 6 months.

Q: The picutres say it works with Alexa, but nowhere else does it say it can be vocie controlled. So can it be controlled with your voice using Alexa?

Q: Is there a way to keep the LED display on? It turns off after 30 seconds or so, but I’d love for it to stay on at night for a nightlight in my child’s room.

Q: How many speeds is it supposed to have? The picture shows 6 but the one I picked up says 5.
