this item looks like it was bought and returned.....missing manual and a flat bar on one side of the frame .... to fix the issues ....i need a manual the flat bar for the side that it is missing on....and im guessing the screws bolts nuts too.....everything else looks ok....i guess.... i could not recomend this item i recieved as it is not new and appears to have been used returned missing hardware parts and manual
