Low profile weighted vest!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For reference I am 115lbs and 5'6". I have been really curious to try a weighted vest and what attracted me to this one is how small and low profile it is. I was surprised how heavy 10 lbs can feel! It is definitely a real workout! I have been using mine on just walks at night, the nice thing is this vest has plenty of reflective detailing on the front and back. There is one adjustable strap in the front but the rest are just elastic straps. I am not sure how big of a person this can accomodate seeing as it is snug on me. But, I am sold on the benefits already! I received an incentive to write this review.
