Those of you that want to up your game when it comes to working out and cardio, this is just the right amount of weight to get you the results you need without going over the edge into injury. The design is ergonomically comfortable with nicely, positioned plastic clips that are heavy duty and hold very well. They’re also reinforced to ensure they will not break away. I took this on a mile run. It hurts so good.

I go on walks with my kids and dog almost every day so it felt like a good fit for me to try a weighted vest to make those walks feel more like a workout. This vest goes on easily and adjusting it to loosen or tighten it to your body is simple enough. I have a large chest so getting it in the right spot took an extra few seconds. I’m glad that there are reflectors on the vest for visibility as well. I wish I could remove some of the weight and add it back depending on how I’m feeling.

(I had my daughter try it as well.) it could have gone a bit bigger, but would probably be a little small for a larger man. 15 pounds is surprisingly not too bad. My primary use for this will be around the house when doing chores to add in a little extra something. If it's comfortably, or at least it's comfortably as an extra 15 pounds. I like that the weight is distributed quite evenly. The buckles are a bit hard to clasp but I think that's mainly because it is still new. I like that there are little pads that flap out behind the buckles so they don't rub while you are walking.

The 15lb weight is perfect - I wore it for an hour the first day just around the house and was tired afterwards, with no cramping in the shoulders or neck area. The weight is well distributed and it has plenty of adjustment in the straps in the front. I was concerned that it was going to hurt my back, but so far it has not. I honestly think the style is fantastic- it doesn’t look like a military vest, Overall this is a fun product to have.

I like to use it when walking and I can definitely feel my muscles being used more. I also use it just when doing tasks around the house to get a little more muscle activation. I got the fifteen pound one and it may be a little heavy to start out with. The vest is a great quality and I think it will hold up well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many 35-50 YO women, I have jumped on the weighted vest train. I’m reasonably fit so I snagged this 15lb vest! I love the fact that it comes in a rainbow of colors. There is a mesh pocket on the back for a snack or water… It’s a challenging spot to reach for me so I will likely never use this. It appears to fit a wide range of sizes- for me, as a 5’3” 120 lb person, I have to tighten it almost all the way, leaving quite a bit of slack. I wish there was a way to secure the slack! I love the green color I chose.
