This is a very safe way to do weight exercises when one part of your body cannot hold onto traditional dumbbells or use the weight machine. I really like the 10 pounds and the quality of the jacket is very nice.

I can easily be put on and off, and has a buckle in the front to snap together to make sure it stays on. The vest even has a tag indication on which way you need to put it on. I like that the best has reflective details around it for a visibility when you are using it too.

I’ve wanted one for a while and finally read reviews and decided on this one. It will definitely take some getting used to for walking and running since it lays right on my chest and under my armpits. As well as where it lays, I’m sure my neck and shoulders will be a little sore from walking with the extra weight. I’m enjoying wearing it around the house and doing body weight exercises.

You can wrap this belt around your legs while squatting as well or even tear your arms when dumbbells aren’t available and you’re trying to get a homework workout done. They are also really good for wearing when you’re doing push-ups and situps to just that little bit more resistance to your workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found it very interesting to run with different incline settings on a treadmill and I wanted to try and experience that out in the environment, but I don’t have a lot of spaces where I can get ups and downs. I bought this vest because it will help me increase my endurance because of the added weight. You definitely feel it in your legs when you are running, but your legs will get so much stronger so fast. I really like the quality and how this fits around my body.

The back also has a netted pocket that I think you could slip your phone in pretty easily. I had never used a weighted vest before so I was a bit nervous about the fit but honestly it is very comfortable. It actually helps keep my shoulders pulled back.

The weight feels evenly distributed throughout my back and upper body so that I can still walk at my normal pace but the added weight is a great health benefit. I do think it will take time to build up the endurance to wear it for a longer time, but it is a good product and well made.

I have been really curious to try a weighted vest and what attracted me to this one is how small and low profile it is. I was surprised how heavy 10 lbs can feel! It is definitely a real workout! I have been using mine on just walks at night, the nice thing is this vest has plenty of reflective detailing on the front and back. There is one adjustable strap in the front but the rest are just elastic straps. I am not sure how big of a person this can accomodate seeing as it is snug on me. But, I am sold on the benefits already! I received an incentive to write this review.
