Easy install, worthwhile investment. We got one primarily for internet connectivity. Ours is in a second home where we can remotely monitor conditions or preset temperature before traveling to home.

I bought and installed two of these for my home with two HVAC systems. Installation was easy (I do understand basic electrical concepts), although there was very little room allowed for the wiring once wires were attached. Trimming required. Screen is bright and easy to read! Disappointed that I cannot change settings remotely when thermostats are in "Vacation Mode." If I had known that prior to setting them and leaving for several months, I would not have utilized that mode. This seems backwards to me, that one has to change settings AT THE THERMOSTAT when in Vacation Mode -- since it would seem obvious that, during vacation, one would not be there to change settings. This really needs to be changed in the software, and is the reason for loss of one star in the rating.

I love our Smart Thermostat, but I wish the product and the app both had more functionality. The product is difficult to change the temp on and does not return to previous settings easily. And the app you can change the temp, the fan options and cool and heat. It's nice, but could use a ton of upgrades.

Cannot get the WiFi to work so I can communicate with the thermostat. The software will not delete the old thermostat so the new expensive thermostat will be accepted. I travel a lot as I am right now that’s why I wanted you his updated thermostat but I can’t spend hours trying to figure out why this will not work. disappointed.

My thermostats were installed professionally with the HVAC Systems. They’re easy to set up and connect to the WiFi. You can match the screen color to the paint on the wall if you choose. The phone app is great to adjust the temperature while away. The company needs to expand the phone app functions to adjust other settings, I.e. humidity. I definitely recommend these and will purchase as needed.
