Q: I am having trouble with assembling it. I cannot pull out the metal hook from its first position, which is locked position, no matter what I do. Is there a certain way to pull out the metal hook?

It wasn’t horrible but pretty cheap quality, the polls did start to bend the more you use the product. also yes very annoying to put together.

Don't buy

I would not recommend. In addition to being somewhat hard to put together since not all the plastic openings were the right size, the cheapness of the poles means that they can easily snap under the weight of normal clothes (one broke on the second use). For the price I found this very flimsy and disappointing.

Will mold quickly, do not buy

Only had this drying rack a few months and it's already starting to mold my wet clothes, which it's designed to hang.

Well Constructed Drying Rack
