Some design deficiencies make it a meh option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's a fine mug because I like the shape and feel. However, as others have mentioned, it's supposedly not dishwasher safe, though I might run it through the dishwasher anyway and see what happens. My bigger gripe is that the lid doesn't really seal. When I walk around campus with the sip hole sealed, I still get hot coffee bouncing out of the ventilation hole and onto my hand. I am going to use this product but I would probably not purchase it again.
