I finally feel confident and energetic with the help of Hydroxycut Max. I haven't been this size jeans in years. Wearing my hair up allowing my whole neck to be exposed now feels great again. Taking this daily along with eating well, prepping my meals and easy floor workouts. I noticed how fast my body started to change. Which provided me with motivation to keep it going.

Does not work, if you see a 5 star review it’s because that person is being paid to write it. I’m dumb enough to buy this and smart enough to know there is no way it does any of the things listed. I had no side effects while taking but also saw no results. I workout 5 times a week, with a normal BMI and track my macros and truly saw nothing. It’s just caffeine, save your money.

I’ve taken these for awhile and so far not bad but not great. They do have a strong smell when you open the bottle. The pills are easy to take with a drink of water. I like that the directions are easy to read and that the bottle lists all the ingredients.

I started as instructed one capsule two times a day for the first three days then went to two capsules two times a day. Not only has it helped me with seeing weight loss, but it has given me more energy without any jitters. Really love the added biotin, collagen, folate and iron which I like and need in my supplements. Down nine pounds so far and very happy with my results.

They contain the vitamins and minerals that I need as a woman to help me boost my metabolism and burn calories. So if you are worried about the jittery side effects I did not experience any of those issues. It is a nice boast to your daily workout regimen.
