Don’t buy! Bought this around Christmas for my kids spring birthday, the number one thing on his list, he used it once for about 5 minutes and it no longer works. The battery area is completely eroded. Do not waste your money

The controller beeps non stop if there are any batteries in it, even when the boat is in use. Save your money for better quality toys.

Never worked
My son won this at a holiday event and has been wanting a remote controlled boat. We charged it overnight and it never worked. The remote light just blinked but no part of the boat would function. My 5 year old was definitely disappointed but I’m glad it was a gift and I didn’t spend money on it. Would have tried to exchange it but hubby threw away the box after opening.

The remote constantly beeps until you remove the batteries. We got to use one time before an internal gear fell off and could not be re attached. Very disappointed little boy.

I’ve been through 2 of these now. They work for about 10 minutes and then never charge again. The batteries beep like crazy and you need a screw driver to get it to stop.

Cool boat while it worked
grandson turned 8 years old and wanted this for his birthday. He was so excited to use in the pool after waiting for a month for the pool to open. Worked great for a while then, the remote stopped working and started beeping and wouldn't stop. Had to remove the batteries and now doesn't work at all. Huge disappointment for him and his friends were so excited to watch it go across the water. It was a huge hit until it stopped working.

Nice if didnt malfunction
My son loves the boat so much we purchased two the first one stopped working and remote wouldn’t stop beeping.. now on boat two same issue with remote after just two uses at home in bath tub. Very weird and now after 60+ dollars including boat and batteries it was a waste. No power button on remote and after following the steps to remove battery and reinstall still no change beeping beeping ughh.. love the boat overall and waterproof remote just can’t truly enjoy when either boat malfunctions or remote

Do NOT buy
This boat is terrible. Waste of money/ junk. Do NOT buy. The charge only lasts for about 8 minutes of use . The remote continually beeps after the boat dies so your entire car ride home it beeps despite the boat itself being off. The charge light doesn’t light up to indicate if it’s charging. It’s just a huge waste of money .
