The SandBell Sandbag System is great for a different, full-body workout. It works in a challenging manner but is not hard on the joints. My clients are already loving this program addition.

Really like this piece of equipment. Already planning to get the 25 lb, just hard part is deciding whether to get regular sand bell or pro! I like the texture of the pro material, it's a bit denser and "rougher" feeling vs the neoprene like texture on the regular I have (15 lb). Also a lot "tighter" in the materials but that may loosen over time im assuming. Really love being able to slam it down with no impact to the surface or the bell. Just a great designed product and tool overall.

I am am older woman with osteoporosis. I am trying to add some weights to help and love these sandbags. They are somewhat dynamic and force me to get a tight grip. I like that i can do different exercises without worry about damaging floor or others. I have been slowly buying a number of different weights. I need 8 lb ( have 6,10,12,20) and then will see what happens. I am considering a tope as i tried a rope at y and loved the aerobic action and core. Love hyperwear products. I also have a fit vest which i wear walking. High quality products

My favorite way to lift weights. It works your core your wrist your hands your triceps or biceps, lay it on your abs do you lab work; just so much that you can do with the sandbags.
