This item is supposed to be wireless, according to the "Specifications" and the "At a glance" tab. However when I received the item, it was in fact corded. The customer service rep for target claimed this item and its description are through a third party. With that said, I guess Target does not review these descriptions for accuracy? Even though the description is on their website and it is targets mistake, it still falls on me to ship the product back and purchase the one I wanted to buy in the first place? When I asked how target would remedy this mistake the poor customer service rep replied "Well, we are giving you a refund" like that isn't the bare minimum in this case. He finally caved and awarded me a whopping $5 bones.

These are a solid, comfortable headset with *great sound and easy bass adjustment sliders. The 7.1 surround sound adds depth, and the memory foam ear cushions make long sessions comfortable. The detachable mic is clear, and it works across different platforms. For an occasional gamer, it’s a *reliable, no-fuss choice*. Great purchase.

Product felt cheap the second I took it out of the box. All was going well until I decided to hook up the mic and it didn’t work. Immediately returned.

The headphones are light on the head have good sound for casual or gaming people. Have microphones and comes with adjustable volume and mute buttons and if you don’t like mic you can disconnect it from the headphones.

Great headset for the price. Comfortable ear cushions, great sound, quality microphone. Works great with the HP laptop.

The sound quality is great after a few setting changes on my pc. Very comfortable even after 2 hrs of streaming. The closed back design does a great job of minimizing ambient noise. I did not use the usb audio control mixer since I use an audio amplifier to control my volume level.

Amazing quaility

We bought four headsets so we can me on the same zoom meeting in our cubical offices and not hear others when they talk in the same room on the same meeting.

Honestly, one of the best gaming headsets i’ve had. I ordered it online and it came 2-3 days later. Very respectfully put together and this headset really just adds to your level of gaming.

Sound card does not work properly. There are sounds that you can hear through the headphones without a proper audio setup. Try something else, and make sure you have the correct sound interface to put it through.

Really comfortable and cable is long enough. 7.1 sound effect is super good. But the bass sound effect is not as good as I expected. I thought the bass slider was going to have a great influence on the bass effect, which is not true actually. Since there is not much bass originally, the slider can not do much difference. But overall, this headsetis not one targeted at music effect. It is a comfortable gaming headset. So, I will give it a 5.

Quality gaming headset.

This item is so low in volume compared to my last headset. It feels so underperforming in that set and had to find methods to make it sound louder. With that method it’s ok but still feels uncomfortable to an extent with other volume like issues. The mute system also sucks. It feels more annoying to turn mute on and when I checked my volume on discord, when I hit mute, it doesn’t actually mute it till like half a second later which would suck if I didn’t know that. Sometime I need an instant mute so having it take that long is an issue as I have to mentally count it out before I can talk. It’s alright overall.

A lot better then I had expected. It works amazingly on PC. If your on Xbox the 7.1 surround that comes with the headset does not work, however the sound quality is still just as amazing
