When using

use only as directed, do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad, avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes, do not apply to wounds or damaged, broken or irritated skin.

Apply generously to affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 4 times daily.

A must have in my house

I’ve had back issues for years and this is a staple in my house. I wish it had an easier applicator but this stuff always delivers with the results. It’s effective and goes on easily and works fast to relieve pain. The smell isn’t bad it’s minty and refreshing.

Who doesn’t love icy hot? Instant hot and cold menthol relief. The only thing is that it is very loud and stinky but who cares when you want to feel better soon. I always use this for my back pain.

This is the roll on but it's still get the job done ..the effectiveness is definitely there ... It just has to be applied over and over .. there is no irritation for me. It has nice packaging and the texture is smooth.

Wonderful for aches and pains

My husband uses this stuff like it’s the holy grail. We always have numerous tubes on hand so we don’t have to worry about running out. It works great for him and my mom also uses it when she comes over. They both can’t live without it. My husband loves the smell of it too, he loves that minty coolness.

Its good for temporary relief but if youre constal

Really helped relief some pain temporarily, try not to constantly use it. Texture was cool and smooth, not too sticky. Follow instructions on the package and make sure to use it for as long as it’s intended and no more than that.

Great

I’ve been using this Icy Hot cream for sore muscles and it actually works fast. The cooling hits right away, then the warmth kicks in and eases the tension almost instantly. It’s not greasy, absorbs quickly, and the scent fades after a few minutes. Perfect for back or shoulder pain after a long day. Definitely one of those old-school products that still does the job!
