IGK Expensive Clear Gloss Top Coat: For All Hair Types, Shine Enhancing, Nourishing, Lotion Form

This product alone does nothing. I didnt notice any results- maybe you have to buy the whole product line?

I am disappointed to report that this hair gloss did nothing for my hair. I have naturally dark blonde hair and got a bit of highlights which totally dried out my hair, caused frizziness, and took away my hair's shine, but this hair gloss did nothing to help with that. I plan to try the Moroccan brand hair gloss as it has better reviews.

I never write reviews - this is a real review coming from a real human… Do not use this product unless your hair is severely damaged! I guess mine wasnt & I am still dealing with stringy protein overloaded hair - 3 washes (and lots of deep conditioning) later!! Dont use this unless your hair is quite damaged. I bleach my hair but it was still too much!

I think it's a good product, but it wasn't for my hair. I have wavy/curly hair and was hoping I'd get that shine. It's worth a try and if it's not for you then you can return it.

I have relatively healthy natural long white hair. I decided to give this product a chance to see if it would add more shine and possibly keep it from tangling by adding more slickness. It did neither. I did not see any noticeable improvement in any way, and it weighed down my hair. I can usually go 3-4 days between shampooing but after using this product I felt the need to wash it after just 2 days. I tried it 3 times in case I hit "bad days", and I used varying amounts of the product but the results were the same. I have stopped using it and threw away what was left.

This works great on my hair - huge differncr in softness and definitely adds shine. I dont mind the scent at all- its a little perfumey definitely doesnt smell like oil lol

It works well but the smell is NOT good. I bought during 21 days and sometimes I wonder if they do that to get products out the door. This smells like the creamy products in it have gone bad. Theres no way its supposed to smell like this. Will exhange for a different bottle to see if its the same. I love all the IGK products!

This is my second purchase of this item, i wasnt happy with, it works great but the first one I purchased had a nice smell to it, this tube did not

I am 53, have hard water where I live, no water softener, colored over gray hair. My hair always felt stiff and had no movement no matter what I tried. I gave this a try hoping it would help seal my color to make it last longer and to soften my hair. Holy cow, this stuff checked allllll the boxes. Soft hair, easy to use, color lasting longer, and one tube has lasted several weeks. I do this once every week to week and a half. One tube will last a bit. Im sold! I will continue to purchase.

I live in Florida and have thick coarse hair. My hair never looks greasy or oily, rather I have to fight dryness and frizz. This stuff made my hair look so greasy and oily, it wasn't bad the first day but after the second day I definitely needed to wash my hair, normally I can go for a week. This was much too expensive to be this bad. One star is a compliment

My hair is medium in texture but I habe a ton of it, so it really gets out of control easily. This really does seem to keep my hair touchably soft for way longer, helps to detangle, and when styled makes my hair look SO shiny! Might not be great for very fine hair, but for me works great!

My hair is pretty frizzy when not tamed. This def helped smooth my hair but not as much as I hoped. By the next day, the frizz is starting to show again but def improved from before.

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, the smell is awful. It has a strong, greasy odor—like old, dirty oil that's been left out and gone sour. I couldn't get past the scent to even see if it worked well. Definitely not something I'd repurchase

Purchased this after hearing about it from a friend. I went in thinking it would be just ok. I was very wrong, as thid had been a game changer for my highlighted hair. I usually keep my hair on a 12 week routine of getting a gloss/glaze along with a trim. At my last appointment my stylidt commented on how I did not need my usual as my hair still looked grest from the previous visit. That's a win in my book. I also get compliments everytime I do my hair. It truly has made my hair shiny and smooth. Please never change the formula!

This did not make my hair soft shiny or conditioned. It felt more frizzy than ever.

Love this product

I am always on the hunt for something that helps tame the frizz in my naturally curly hair, so it was an easy decision to try this product. However, it doesn't seem terribly effective for my hair, and it smells like rancid oil. The smell of hair products is really key for me and this one is terrible.
