A: You can use it all of those but damp hair seems to be most effective.

submitted byJens - 2 months agoA: Hello! You can use this on dry, wet or damp hair, however, it's most effective on damp hair. Mist over damp hair in sections and comb through. Blow-dry in sections to seal in the treatment with heat. Style as usual or apply again and finish with a flat iron for maximum smoothing

Maybe it’s not for my hair type or needs. It left my hair feeling dry and kinda sticky! Maybe it’s the protein in it. I used it before straightening my curly hair. I will give it second chance before tossing it out.

I have thin, fine hair that gets frizzy in the slightest humidity. I have to be very careful with hair care products because majority of them make my hair very greasy even if I use the smallest amount. The only downside to this product, in my opinion, is the smell. If you are sensitive to scents, DO NOT buy this product. Personally, I will be buying this product again since it did not make my hair greasy at all. I used it as directed and my hair turned out extremely soft, shiny, and no frizz!

Its a great product, seems to protect my hair from heat. I love that I can use it wet or dry. The scent is fantastic but for me it adds a bit too much texture/stiffness. I want more smooth, silky flexibility than texture.

I have wavy thin-medium hair, this product did a good job. I sprayed it before straightening my hair and it really helped with frizz and made my hair smooth and shiny. Maybe the bad reviews are people who havent been using the product right. It is heat activated; and dont spray directly on your roots. I was hesitant to try because of the reviews but Im glad I did.

I bought this on the suggestion of an Ulta Salon employee. It can be used on damp or dry hair which is great since I have thick hair that takes foreve to dry and I style it often. Immediately noticed a ton more shine and a lot less tangling. I got some many compliments on my hair. I loved that it did not weigh down my already heavy thick hair. Left it bouncy and shiny and helped skip a couple more months between trims. Downsides were the product can linger in the air so use in a ventilated area, leaves hands sticky even after washing and its a bit pricey, but I would still buy it. Completely worth my pennies especially since I have color treated hair and it helped go longer in between washes.

This stuff permanently damaged my hair. I used it as directed, and it’s been several washes since I last used it and my hair texture is still completely different now. My hair is more elastic, dried out, and frizzy. I regret trying this product.

I use this right after i have blow-dried my hair. I then go over my hair with a quick burst of blow drying again while brushing my hsir straight. This product majes the frizz go away completely! It makes my damaged hair look healthy again. This is an absolute holy grail hair product in my opinion. I dont use a lot either. Just a little works just beautifully. I do wish it were unscented, but, the scent fades away pretty fast. If you have dry damaged hair that you have trouble making it look straight and smooth, try this! Its fantastic!
