From my experience using this Imperial Chinese Red 6-year-old Ginseng Root Elixir, Top Quality Panax Ginseng is everything it has been cracked up to be. Its 5,000-year-old great reputation for energy, strength, stamina, and vitality seems to be true. I'll let you know about the longevity part in another fifty years, or so. Back in the day, actually dating back to the 1960s, I used the actual Ginseng Root, cutting off chunks, and chewing them. The Red Ginseng Root cost more than the White Root. I tried them both, and while they were effective, they were not all that user-friendly, so they didn't remain a part of my regular Nutritional Regimen. This 6-year-old Red Ginseng Root Elixir in the 10 ml vials is not only easy, quick, and convenient to use, it tastes just fine. I get up at 6, and when I need a little something around 10 or 11, I have a vial of this renowned Red Ginseng - - - with immediate, excellent, and long lasting results. I really like this product. I wish it came in the 30 vial box for convenience sake, as the other Ginseng elixirs do. Oh well, I just need to buy more of this size box of 10 vials at one time, because I don't want to be out of such a great product. Give it a shot.
