It is simple to hold and manage, feels solid, and has a decent weight to it. The buttons and joystick function nicely and greatly simplify playing some games. The only thing I had trouble with was finding out how to connect the controller to the Nintendo Switch, so after giving up on attempting to connect, I went online and saw a video to assist me which helped me tremendously. Since I am confident in its dependability, I want to buy another one later.

Do not buy. NOT kidding. You might figure like me "oh some of the reviews are positive though!" Nope. My arrived defective, wouldn't even turn on. I know it sucks, because this one is on sale for such a good price, but just play the $50-60 to get an on brand pro controller. Good luck gamers.

This item came in a plain, white box that stated it should not be separated from bundle package. It does not work. It will connect in System Settings, but shuts itself off when returned to main game menu.

You do have to connect (by pairing) it to the controller before each use. After the 1st pairing time, it's easy. This and unit will not turn on the console is why I give it 4 stars. Also, I caught mine for $17.

I am now 2 for 2 on these controllers not working... the aesthetic is nice but I have ordered two where right out of the package they did not work and wouldn’t pair up. Attempting to return and buy a different one since they’re so bad.
