Description
Intelligentsia Frequency Blend's flavor profile is simple, yet refined: the Brazil component contributes a smooth body and predominant note of milk chocolate, with the washed Zambia adding an accent of lemongrass, pineapple, and breakfast tea. It’s what we refer to as a “chuggable” coffee: a well-balanced blend that’s enjoyable on it's own, or with a little added milk if that’s your preference. It’s a harmonious composition of pulped-natural Brazilian coffee and fully washed Zambian coffee that changes seasonally depending on what is fresh and tasting great. Hand-picked coffee cherries from family owned and operated farms are de-pulped (the flesh of the fruit is stripped away from the seed) and dried on patios in the sun and finished in temperature-regulated gentle mechanical driers. Our commitment to quality and our Direct Trade mission mean our blend origins change throughout the year to incorporate the freshest offerings. Good Cup of Coffee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never buy whole bean coffee (it’s very rare and usually on accident) - but I always forget how fresh the coffee is when you grind it right before you brew it. This was really rich coffee, and I enjoyed it with some frothed oat milk creamer.

Fill your morning with a great aroma
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee has a great rich aroma. The packaging is reclosable. There are no instruction on the package how to brew but can be looked up easily. It does have a long shelf life without losing the flavor. The beans will grind up nicely in a blender it you don't own a coffee grinder.

Perfect cup of coffee

I don't agree with this being a medium roast though, it is pretty light and definitely doesn't have a lot of caffeine compared to my usual medium roast. The taste is sweet and bitter and pairs well with creamer and sugar. It's a bit pricey.

I love the design of the bag the reasonable design to keep coffee fresh. Grinds up very nicely. The whole bean smells delicious. The aroma fills up your kitchen. I would definitely recommend this coffee to anyone.

Excellent light roast!

We used our coffee to make cold brew for the week, and with a splash of lemonade it was the perfect morning pick me up for a hot summer day. I think this coffee has made both my husband and I prefer a light roast, and we'll definitely look for this one again!
