My new 17 iPhone is wonderful !
I enjoy my new 17 iPhone, my last one that I had for years was black, this one is a soft blue which I like very much. Still getting used to all the new things that it does and has since my old phone was really old !

Huge Disappointment
I purchased a new iPhone 17 from the ATT website and paid in full. When I tried to charge the phone using the provided cord and new block, it wouldn’t charge. Restarting the phone resolved the issue. I contacted ATT. They informed me that I had 14 days to return the phone, but since I didn’t finance it, I had to return it in-store. Upon visiting the ATT store, they would not replace the phone stating it was a warranty issue and I would need to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and scheduled an appointment to bring in my phone. They instructed me to bring the phone, cord, and block so that all components could be tested. However, at the Apple support desk in Best Buy, they informed me that they would need to send my phone to Apple for repair and did not offer a replacement phone. I am extremely disappointed with the phone, ATT, and Apple.

I purchase the phone for my 12 year old. She's complaining that the phone over heats and does not keep a good charge. She is not enjoying the phone and stated that her Iphone 14 plus was a much better phone.

Skip the 17!
Terrible battery life and the phone gets way too warm. I traded in a 13 pro, and I would take it back in a minute.
