Not worth the buy. I know the price is cheap but the grip on the bottom is terrible. My dog eats while walking around the kitchen.

It was just too big for my 11 pound cavapoo. Quality seemed fine, but I thought it was for a small dog and it wasn't, it was more for a medium sized dog.

This is too deep which makes it difficult for my dogs to actually get the food with their big Labrador noses.

My 3 month old miniature poodle loves this bowl! He started eating out of it this afternoon, immediately started his happy ‘growl’ and jumped around in ‘play mode’ in front of the bowl! 🐩❤️

Like: Deep enough to be considered slow feeders. Dislike: They slip around too much. Non slip as described is incorrect.

I have a pug who swallows his food and after I tried using this, he could barely get to most of the kibble. He really had a difficult time getting the food.

Just adopted an English bulldog and we realized she eats really fast to the point she started to choke. This bowl has help her slow down when it comes to eating.

This Slow Feeding Bowl from IRIS has been pretty great at slowing her down enough to stop that problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received IRIS slow feeding bowl for long snouted pets, I was excited to receive this bowl in the mail, the slow feeding bowl was a sleek gray color, very study ,I was disappointed with the bowl, it was difficult to keep my dog from spilling the dog food all over the floor, and difficulty in reaching the food, I use this bowl for a water dish, I would not recommend this product

I personally witnessed by puppy eat and drink way too sporadically and quickly with a standard bowl, which was concerning. Since I received this specific bowl, she eats food slower and in frequent, smaller intervals. It also seems her food lasts longer, saving me money! Each of her meal’s are smaller and the correct amount she should be eating. This product is great quality and I’ll have it for a lifetime, but there are many out there like it so choose whatever fits your budget and style!

While she still eats as fast as possible, the configuration of this bowl forces her to eat smaller portions and it takes her about twice as long to eat. Hopefully she will get the message. Meanwhile we are thankful to have this bowl help us train her to slow down and eat safely. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it did slow our puppy down for a while he soon figured out how to dump it over and get at his food pretty quickly. I am sure it would work well for some dogs but it wasn’t the best for our dog.

Now they have to take the time to reach the food. Very sturdy and nice color. I will definitely buy a second one.

After about five minutes she started to eat her food, What I loved about the feeding dish was my fur baby was no longer eating her food super fast, Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 50 pound Catahoula, and he loves to scarf his food down as soon as we put it in his bowl. We wanted to try the slow feeding bowl so he would stop and maybe take a breath between bites. He has a long snout but I don’t think his snout is skinny enough. He will eat what he can off he top, but he gets annoyed and doesn’t finish his serving. We had to switch him back to his regular bowl. i think this style doesn’t quite fit for his breed. But maybe a different size would work for him.

My dog had a problem of eating his food way to quickly and the result of that was throwing up regularly. So instead of having to sit there and feed him in increments, I can rely on the bowl to slow him down. Great stuff!

Initially, she seemed a little confused but picked it up very quickly. It does help slow her down and not make her so food obsessed.

We've tried this with both wet and dry food, as well as combined and works well with both. It's light weight but the rubber keeps it from sliding too much, and the beige color matches with our light oak floors.
