Simply the best foundation I have ever used! I’m 65 and have wrinkles, but this blurs them and is light weight. Many tell me I glow and look to be in my 50’s.

I love the product but I got the wrong shade so I had to go to a store and try one and re buy the correct shade. You see the problem is that the way the shade is typed on the product it fades away and I couldn’t read the shade I had at home from the tube that had finished already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the color medium in this IT Costmetics color correcting skin tint the tube is easy to dispense and the color was good on me I do think that it still felt a little dry on my skin. I have super sensitive dry skin especially in winter. I usually dont buy foundation with sunscreen because it's irritating on my skin but this was OK. I loved that it's buildable and it lasts all day. I would reccomend a moisturizer before application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed! I spend a ton of time outside at my boys’ baseball games here in the desert, so I constantly am wearing sunscreen. This product makes my skin look flawless, while not looking too made-up, all while protecting it from the sun! It is lightweight and easy to apply/spread evenly. It doesn’t pull like other tinted sunscreens do. The color initially appeared way too dark upon pumping it from the bottle, but it lightens up a tremendous amount once spread out. The coverage seemed to last all day, from an 8am baseball game start to a 9pm finish for the day. It withstood baseball dirt infused wind, a hooded sweatshirt tightened around my face as much as it it could be, and constant hand touches and wipes as I sweat out my kid on the pitcher’s mound, haha. At the end of the day, it washed off easily and didn’t leave any residue behind. Check out how it covered my natural Irish cheek redness!

It Cosmetics CC Cream has 4 different versions (mostly different finishes, a couple with different SPF, and one has different coverage). This one differs the most from the others. It’s Nude Glow, which is said to have medium coverage, a “healthy glow” finish, and 40 SPF. The other 3 versions are full coverage - the regular version (the OG version most know) that has a natural finish and 50+ SPF, the matte version that has a matte finish with 40 SPF, and illumination version with a “radiant” finish and 50+ SPF. I’m a fan of the OG formula. It lives up to its full coverage claim. It’s a thicker formula, but it can be applied in a very thin layer where it feels like nothing on, but gives amazing coverage. Since I’m such a fan of that one, I was excited to try this one and see how it compared. This has a kind of orange/citrus scent. It’s noticeable but not extremely strong. But, I’m not sensitive to fragrances. It has a thinner consistency. If you’ve tried the other It Cosmetics CC Creams, you’d know they tend to be thicker. I show a photo comparing this to the OG CC Cream. Hopefully you can see the difference in thickness. I have dry skin. When it’s warmer, it’s more dry to normal. When it’s colder, it’s dry to extremely dry. Even though I have dry skin, I prefer my foundations to set on their own. That usually means a natural finish, semi-matte, or even matte. But, when my skin is drier, even hydrating foundations will set on their own. I applied this with my fingers, a sponge, and a brush. It glides onto my skin and blended out easily, evenly, and settled into the skin well. When it was warmer and my skin wasn’t as dry, this didn’t set down on its own. After 20 min it would still transfer if I didn’t set it with powder or fixing spray. When it was colder and my skin was drier, this set down on its own after a few min. But still kept the glow to it. On me, it’s a very subtle glow. Not shiny or dewy. Just very subtle, which I like. When applied with my fingers, I got sheer to light coverage. When applied with a sponge, I got sheer coverage. When applied with a brush, I got light coverage. I was able to build it up some in areas I needed more coverage. But, I wouldn’t call this medium coverage. To me, it’s light coverage at most. This has SPF 40 with chemical sunscreen filters - 7.3% homosalate, 5% octisalate, and 6% octocrylene. The OG CC Cream uses mineral filters (9% titanium dioxide and 6.3% zinc oxide). It does have some hidden chemical filters in it, but its active sunscreen filters are mineral. I prefer that to active chemical sunscreen filters. Unfortunately, when chemical filters are used at the active SPF filters, I breakout and my eyes get irritated. I was hoping it wouldn’t happen with this foundation, but it did. Every time I tried this, I got at least 1 pimple and my eyes would burn and water. Even though I don’t apply it anywhere near my eyes, it still manages to irritate them. This would be great for days I want light coverage. But, with the chemical sunscreen filters causing breakouts and irritating my eyes, I just can’t use it. I understand why they didn’t use mineral filters in this like they do in the OG CC Cream - mineral filters are known for not being cosmetically elegant (thick, chalky, greasy while still sometimes drying, white casts, etc.), but chemical filters are known to be cosmetically elegant (thin, nice texture, blendable, lightweight on the skin, hydrating without being greasy, no white cast, etc.). Mineral filters probably wouldn’t be a good option for a glowy formula. The higher the SPF, the more they need to use, so the thicker, drier, chalkier, and pastier it would be. That wouldn’t work well for a glowy foundation. But using chemical filters, a foundation can be thinner, lightweight, and have glow. So, it makes sense they used chemical filters in this. It just unfortunately means it’s not one I can use because the chemical filters cause me to breakout and irritate my eyes. I give this 4 stars. In my opinion, it’s not medium coverage like it claimed. But other than that, it applies and wears nicely. If it didn’t give me pimples and irritate my eyes, I’d be all for it.
