    Tastes like yellow mustard.

    I rarely write reviews but o had to save someone from purchasing this without warning. The roasted red pepper flavor tastes like yellow mustard. Someone I the reviews said it had vinegar in it and that’s probably what it is. If you like using yellow mustard as a dip then you’ll love this. I forced myself to eat the first serving then threw the rest away. I’m confused by the good reviews.

    I have never tried red pepper hummus before, I was intrigued and gave it a shot. It was delicious! I will definitely be buying that from not on instead of the garlic. It has a nice little kick to it.

    I loved the Itaca hummus because it adds sass and flavor to plain hummus. I tried the red pepper variety and enjoyed it very much. I paired it with crackers and it was a huge hit when I was entertaining.

    I love the consistency and texture of these hummuses. I will say that I wish they had more flavors, I'm not a huge fan of the flavors they have (not that the flavors are bad, I just personally don't like olive, jalepeno, lemon, Buffalo). There's a lot of lemon flavor profiles.
