After trying two different baby monitors, I finally found the right one. My 15-month-old has started sleeping through the night, and having this monitor gives me peace of mind to let her self-soothe when needed. The connection range is incredible - I get crystal-clear reception throughout our entire property. I've even checked the mail without losing signal. Our previous monitor would disconnect just going to the kitchen, making this a massive improvement. The video quality really stands out, particularly in night vision mode. Being able to see whether her eyes are open or closed might seem minor, but it's crucial for deciding whether to intervene or let her settle on her own. After about a week, the cry detection learned her specific patterns perfectly. Unlike our last monitor that triggered with every small noise, this one only alerts for genuine needs. My sleep quality has improved significantly because of this feature. The battery performance is excellent - charging roughly twice weekly despite constant daytime use. It even survived a forgotten overnight charge and lasted until morning.
