Worked great... for 3 weeks
We got this through our registry. Set up was very easy and it was simple to use, perfect! Then only 3 weeks after our son was born the handheld monitor went out. We tried charging it with multiple cables and outlets but the charging indicator never stayed on past a blue flicker. Tried to reach out to brand but they were unhelpful. Thankfully target accepted it for a refund.

Zoom quality isn't great. Brightness doesn't go high enough
I have my monitor mounted directly above my babies crib and still need to use the zoom function. I find even on 2x the quality is awful compared to newer models. I also can't use the monitor outside as the range is short and the brightness doesn't go up high enough to be able to see unless you are in a totally shaded spot or its overcast.

I should have gotten this monitor from the beginning. I didn't. When I realized I wanted an additional baby monitor and the brand I HAD wouldn't let me buy another camera only even though it had a dual camera function, I did some research and found momcozy. The night vision is EXCEPTIONAL. I mean EXCELLENT. The zoom function even in night vision is Amazing. I have recommended this camera to all my mom friends. My sister in law is about to have a second baby and have two under two and this, this is the camera for her. Yes yes yes

Not had the monitor long so can't speak for longevity/lifespan but so far, it's so much better than the previous one we had! Range is very good for us, battery on monitor screen seems long lasting too. One really useful thing which the description doesn't seem to say is that the camera has a 3/8" thread on the bottom (same as most camera tripod mounts) so it can be screwed to stand/tripod/mount really easily. We're using a small microphone stand with a 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor and it's perfect and portable! So far so good ð

I've had it for a good couple months of daily use. Camera quality is great, battery is good. What I cannot stand is the brightness of the screen. If you are outside, you literally cannot see the screen. It is on the brightest setting. I figured they had to decrease the brightness to get the battery life. We use it a ton outside too. Big bummer since it's not cheap either. Otherwise it's a good camera.

This was a great monitor for the first 6 months then the battery stopped holding a charge for long. We just kept it plugged in. An annoyance but not deal breaker. But then the power button broke a week after the warranty ended. My husband looked inside as he fixes electronics regularly and saw that the power button was flimsily mounted to the board. It was just a matter of time and no way to reattach it. It's a shame since I really wanted to expand the system and use more cameras as our baby became more independent. Now we're looking for a new brand that will last longer.
