My son loves the different recline options and the mesh viewing window in the top is something that was missing from my previous travel stroller. Car seat is easy to use and seems very durable.

The stroller is compact and so simple to fold and unfold. You only need one hand to be able to unfold it, and you also only need one hand to fold it back up and throw it in the trunk. The car seat base was also super easy to install. I love this travel system!

Living in a big city with all the bumps, it was a breeze walking to the park; it rode smoothly, and I could push with one hand and sip my coffee with the other. I love the way it glides so smoothly, and turns are easy compared to my previous stroller. Storage is great and durable as we were able to fit toys and snacks. In addition folding is a breeze and it takes up less space in the trunk of car, leaving more from for groceries. My sister, who is due soon,n added it to her registry. I am gifting her it. She knows how many strollers I have been through, but I love this one. Over the holiday weekend, Grandma visited and was able to take it for a spin and stated that it was so easy to use without help. We had a few spills but nothing soap and water could not clean up. I'd only like to see more color options.

I am using this for my 3rd baby and switched from a baby jogger brand city mini. Wow, the features on the nutmeg are so much better. The car seat is so light and easily transportable. The stroller feels like a feather compared to my old strollers. It also has a one click, one hand fold/ unfold. Super convenient. I was worried that it wouldn’t be able to handle the terrains of the some the walks we do, but it pushed great and made it through different types of terrain. I highly highly recommend.

And you have a cup holder which fits perfect for my ice coffee. The infant car seat is easy to snap onto the stroller and go. It's great for shopping and going to the park for walks. And transferring into the car is easy with the car base. It only took a few minutes to set up the base in the car. I'm happy with the whole car seat / stroller system.

The car seat was so easy to install, and it felt secure against the seat of the car. Getting my child in and out was so easy. The straps did not twist like some other products do. I love that the car seat hooks right on the stroller. It makes things so much easier with a newborn! The stroller is SO lightweight, but very sturdy. You really can open and close it with one hand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my travel system for about a week and for the most part I love it. It is so easy to take daily walks and small enough to store easily as well. My larger heavy duty stroller made me often want to avoid stroller walks but this one has made me enjoy them. The only things I would change or have to get used to, is first if you are putting a toddler in stroller just watch out for extra weight if they lean back to much or sit up from laying back because it is so light the stroller could tip backwards. Also I wish there was a way to keep the air flaps open with Velcro or magnet. I love that there are two and give good air flow and easy to see my child through them but then often kept flapping back down and didn’t stay open too long. Overall it was packaged well and easy to assemble. I just had a little difficulty getting the hang of the lock handle at first. The car seat is great that it fits with the stroller. So convenient without needing special attachments. It is light weight, the directions were decently clear on installing and I love the rebound bar as well. The set as a whole is great travel or daily use option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are amazed at how lightweight the Nutmeg stroller and Rue car seat are - it’s truly a travel-focused system - and great for postpartum! We will be taking this on our cruise in December. We’ve had the stroller and car seat for almost a week now, and all three of our children have taken a ride (1 month old, 2.5, and almost 4). Out of the box both items are easy to assemble. The stroller took maybe 10 minutes to assemble (installing the wheels, reading the manual, etc.) Stroller: We love that the stroller folds and unfolds with one hand. And because it’s so light we can carry it folded, too. It takes up minimal space in our minivan trunk, especially compared to other strollers we’ve used before. The seat reclines/pushes up very easy (and can be done with one hand) - the easiest we’ve had on a stroller. We took this stroller to two soccer practices, and it passes the “grass test” - it’s easy to push in the grass with either the car seat attached or with a toddler in the seat. The storage isn’t amazing, but that’s to be expected on a travel-oriented system. A regular-sized diaper bag fit well, but it got cramped when we tried to store some lightweight coats and a blanket. Car seat: this is a typical car seat. Our 1 month old fits very well in it. The light weight is what stands out! It’s noticeably lighter compared to two other car seats we own. It’s also very easy to attach to the stroller. The handle must be adjusted with two hands (buttons on each side). I prefer the handles that can be adjusted with one hand, but I’m being picky. Also, the button to unlatch from the base is actually located on the base. I’ve never seen this before, and it’s a little bit awkward. Again, I’m being picky. Overall this is the best travel system we’ve used and, it’s versatile for our family of three children under four. We will be using this as our main stroller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so surprised by how light the stroller felt taking it out of the box and how easy the set up was for it. This stroller GLIDES. It is such a nice stroller to push and handles turns amazingly. Doesn’t do so great on bumps and curbs, but as a lightweight stroller, it’s amazing. Would be great for pushing kids on rail trails, museums, stores, etc. It’s so sleek looking and the cup holder is perfect fit for a Stanley or coffee. It folds up so easily and you can tuck it into a corner in your house or easily lift it into the trunk of your car or on a shelf in your garage. It’s the least bulky stroller I have ever experienced! I do wish there was a zippered pocket for a cellphone/keys and a cup holder for the kiddo. The car seat is also very light in weight and I loved the look and feel of the material used for it. I had to remove the head support, infant insert and adjust the harness height for my toddler and it was all easy to do. The instructions manual was easy to read and the photo instructions also help a ton. The adjustable base is a nice feature. Attaching the car seat to the stroller was an easy transition and felt very secure. I have been loving using this system!

We took the stroller to an outdoorsy area and the wheels handled well in wood chips, grass, and gravel. My only request would be a cup holder for the child. I had a previous car seat, and I always struggled with the straps not being the same length on both sides. This car seat, I had no issues strapping my child in and out. I love the straps. I also love the feel of the fabric. I intend to use the stroller even after my son has outgrown the car seat.
