Safety Mechanism In Lid does not work, Lid Pops Right Off
These gummies taste great and work perfectly for our 4 year old but unfortunately the safety protection on the lid is not reliable. I left these on the kitchen counter and checked the lid to be sure it was locked before I stepped away for a moment, when I came back my son had popped the lid right off and started to eat them. I tested the lid myself again because I was completely sure I double checked the lid was locked. The lid can be pulled right off without twisting. It is the new bottle with the fruit characters on it. Everything turned out okay and I will never allow them to be within reach even for a few minutes ever again, but the lid should also have a safety feature that actually works. Besides that I think the value and quality of these is great.

My main concern is the fact the lid is not child proof at all, my 4 year old was able to open them and consume one extra. This is a huge safety issue as in kids can actually overdose on vitamins. Overall I enjoy buying these for my kiddos but definitely wish for a better safety feature.
