Collect, store, and feed using the same pouch! Kiinde Twist Pouches combine the toughness and leak-proof guarantee of a bottle with the cost-effectiveness, compact size, and convenience of a disposable Breast Milk storage bag. Twist Pouches twist-lock onto pumps from ALL major brands, for leak-free, transfer-free pumping, directly into the pouch. Twist Pouches snap into the Kiinde Squeeze Natural feeding bottle, for feeding directly from the pouch - no need to transfer milk from bags to bottles. Feed directly from Twist Pouches using Kiinde Active Latch nipples, or nipples from a variety of other brands. Twist Pouches are self-standing, or lay flat for compact storage in your freezer, and ultra-fast freezing and thawing. Pouches have a high visibility labeling surface. BPA, PVC, and phthalate-free. Pouches and caps are recyclable after use, meaning no dirty dishes to clean! Q: Do I have to use their warmer to heat milk or microwave works too?

A: I used a warm water bath (hot/warm water in a large cup/bowl). Never microwave!!! Microwaving may damage the pouch, create hot pockets in milk and ruin the quality of the milk. It also helps to allow the bag to thaw in the fridge before use (move a bag from the freezer to the fridge when you grab the thawed bag from the fridge to warm and feed).
submitted byAlphawolf505 - 8 years agoA: You don't need to use the Kiinde warmer. We filled a coffee mug half full with water and heated it up. Once the water was warm (approx. 45 seconds in our microwave) we placed the sealed Kiinde bag in the water to warm the milk. Directly microwaving milk or formula is not recommended as this can create hot spots which would burn or scald your baby. I liked the Kiinde milk storage bags as they are sturdy, stand upright and have a nice twist cap.

A: They could be I guess if you wanted to go thru trying to clean them. They're durable. But I always just threw them away after I used them once. But they're great

A: It is possible if you follow CDC guidelines for storing milk. Best practice is to combine milk when it is the same temperature.

A: You are able to squeeze the air out before feeding your baby. Once your baby is eating, no air should get back into the pouch. It will collapse as your baby empties it.

A: You can thaw your milk by placing the frozen pouch in the refrigerator over night, or you can use the Kiinde Kozii warmer with SafeHeat technology to gently thaw and warm the milk.

A: Yes! The Kiinde Twist sstem is compatible with all Medela pumps using the "standard" adapter and with all Spectra pumps using the "AVENT/Spectra" adapter.

A: This product does not come with the adapters included. Adapters are included in the sets and kits. The Twist Gift Set and Twist Starter Kit both contain on set of all 7 adapters. The adapters are reusable and dishwasher safe.

Reliable and Versatile - A must Have When Pumping
These are the best pouches to store breastmilk. They are sturdy, don't leak and are versatile ( use for purees too). I've had other pouches burst when defrosting in hot water.

Love these bottles!! Pump straight into the bag…Snap and go! Takes up WAAAY less room than bottles. And all you need to clean is the nipple! Also, I’ve used for formula supplementation…cleaner and easier than using the dispenser…I just portion it into the bags add warm water and GO!! #Momof7

Love these pouches!
This system is the absolute best! I pump and then store in these well sealed pouches. My husband warms up the pouches and pops them into the bottle. No washing, no waste. It is perfect.

Can’t recommend these enough! Makes life with breastfeeding and working and daycare so much simpler! It’s so nice to be able to use only one container for milk and so quickly warm it and have it ready for baby. Being able to start foods in the pouches has been incredible too! Traveling and going out has been a breeze with these.

Spilled milk!
I’ve had the adapters unscrew more than once and spill milk everywhere! I love that these bags enable me to wash fewer bottles but spilling milk is really heartbreaking. I feel like this shouldn’t be an issue considering how expensive these bags are.
