Very handy to just grab and keep going with cookin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been reluctant to purchase a hand mixer since the one I had was perfect. The size weight performance. Read reviews on several brands. I kept going back to this. 9 speed kitchen aid. Not only is it beautiful, it is easy to handle, it mixes everything from mashed potatoes to cake mixes. I love it

Reliable hand mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handheld KitchenAid mixer is handsome, durable, and easy to use. I've wanted a powerful hand mixer for a long time now and KitchenAid delivered. It has multiple useful attachments and can stand up to cookie dough. The convenient carrying case for the tiny bits and pieces was a nice added touch.

Happy with my purchase.
Kitchen Aid is a well known company and I had a simple hand mixer for years that I used for everything. It finally died so I went with a new Kitchen Aid hand mixer. I shopped around before purchasing but the Kitchen Aid had the features I wanted. It's more high tech than my old mixer so I'm still getting used to it but so far I am happy with my purchase. I loved the attachments that came with it and the beater release button works so much better than my old mixer.

Beautiful, the buttons take getting used to.
I got this as a birthday gift after my last hand mixer stopped working. It's a beautiful red color, and works very well, but the button control for changing the speed takes a little getting used to - i don't love that yet. The attachments are very good.

Great mixer. Buttons too small
The button to change speed is too small to change easily with one hand when in use.

Consistent quality
We bought this as a replacement for one that had broken. (While retrieving it, I tripped over some boxes sending it flying onto a hard floor!) Anyhow, this new one is just as quiet, and powerful as the old one! It is good to know these days, that quality is consistent with this brand!

Highly recommend
This hand mixer is very well made. I like fluffy pancakes and this mixer makes short work of whipping egg whites for pancakes. It’s not heavy to hold and feels comfortable in my hand. The attachments are well made and will last a very long time. The storage bag keeps all the attachments in one place so they won’t get lost. I really like the brochure that tell what each attachment is for. That makes it really easy for newbies. I won’t need to buy another hand mixer for a very very long time.

I have one since around 2018. It still works! At least it made it through another Christmas baking season! I was given another kind of kitchen aid hand mixer with rechargeable battery. Exchanged it for another 9 speed electric kitchen aid mixer. So I will have a new backup in case!! They are easy to use and very easy to clean!

So far, so good!
I have not had the mixer long enough to try all of the attachments, different speeds etc. but I’ve been impressed with performance so far. Way better than what it replaced! Pretty expensive, but if it holds up over time it will have been well worth it.

Have only used it a couple times so far but it works great. The slow speed worked well for stirring a jar of peanut butter and it's very quiet.

My KitchenAde Can Do So Many Things!
Love my KitchenAid 6-qt mixer! Used it the knead dough for dinner rolls, the cookie "paddle" worked great for mixing a meatloaf, and I recently added the ice cream maker attachment (from which I made a sorbet, a sherbet and an ice cream). All attachments do their job and are a joy to use.

Speed, slow, Many attachments
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the 9 speeds and the fact that it starts slow and everything I mix is not flying out of the bowl. Feels nice to hold and a lot of great attachments.

Awesome, well built, solid hand mixer
Purchased as a gift for the wife as the other cheapo unit stopped working. Had a KitchenAid pedestal mixer, so decided to spend a little extra on a hand mixer for US made quality. Wow what a mixer, our hand held potato masher broke so used the KA hand mixer, which had no problem and made the smoothest mashed pota we have ever had.

Love the included attachments!!
I do really love this mixer, the only reason for the 4 star rating, is that when I made bread dough & used the dough hooks for the kneading, the motor seemed to be struggling a bit, but other than that, I have used all the attachments for different recipes & just love it. I do love the cord lock to the side & strap that hold the cord neatly when not in use. It is a very good mixer.

Light weight but useful
I was shocked at how flimsy this appliance feels. I expected something more robust and weighty. Even the size of the beaters was shockingly small. That said it does work. I purchased this mixer because using my kitchenaid lift bowl stand mixer is often overkill and even ineffective for beating small quantities. I can pull this out and mix away.

good settings
I bought our new hand mixer because we already have the stand mixer for the past 30 years. the hand mixer is much more convenient to use and did a great job on the mash potatoes for Christmas dinner. Look forward to using it for a long time.
