submitted byDetroit2016 - 8 years agoA: The box nor the manual gives this information, closest it comes is to say it uses 275 watts at peak performance. I think this is one you're going to need to go directly to Hamilton Beach: 800-851-8900. For what it's worth, I think I've done everything (including some heavy duty frosting batches) but bread making & found this more than sufficient, other than my hand got tired holding it up.

A: Thank you for your question. Wash Attachments in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry. Or, wash in dishwasher, top-rack only. DO NOT use the “SANI” setting when washing in the dishwasher. “SANI” cycle temperatures could damage your product.

I made an online order received it in a bag when I got home and opened it the box was squished just like the pictures others provided but mine came with a gift card apologizing.I didn’t mind as long as the product wasn’t damaged which everything was good. I kept reading reviews that the beaters rust. I constantly bake so I was iffy about purchasing but the price was too good not to. When I would wash the beaters I would dry them right away to prevent rusting, I do that often but at times I would just let it air dry I purchased the hand mixer on 7/19/2024 and it is 11/7/2024 and the beaters are still in great condition. I make whipping cream faster than the previous hand mixer I use to have which was a Hamilton as well but this one is a 6 speed and it works amazing! I really enjoy this product makes my mixing faster! My mom likes making fluffy eggs and this mixer is super fast she approves! When I would make whip cream I feel with the other Hamilton we had I would take more than 10 min standing and holding the mixer this mixer does its thing! I don’t stand there for 10 min it’s like 5min or less! Cleaning: ONLY thing I dislike is the little lines which a lot of hand mixers come with but it makes it longer to clean since some product sometimes goes inside so I use qtips or tooth picks I cover it with paper in order to clean it super good. Other than that this mixer is amazing!

Ordered for pick up the day before a bridal shower. Didn't look at the item until I was home (an hour from the nearest target) this is the box they give me to give as a shower gift. The only reason I went to target for this item over Amazon is the fact that the shower was last minute and I didn't have time to order. I used to be an avid target shopper but they have been a disaster the last few years. The mixer itself I've owned in my own kitchen for 15 years and it's fantastic. I hope this new version serves the bride and family as well as mine has. I noticed they removed a few features from it. I had 2 of the flat blade 2 whisk blade and the single whisk when my set was new.

The power cord juts out awkwardly from the right side of the mixer. Very inconvenient and annoying. My go-to plug in is to the left of my mixing bowl. Poor design. And I agree with other reviews - lowest speed is WAY to fast. Product photo’s need to show location of power cord or a power cord in general.
