I find this hand mixer very convenient. Much better than pulling out my stand mixer. I was surprised by the power with just the first speed. I used it to make a dip with cream cheese and it whipped it up quickly. So convenient to make it in the same bowl I want to serve it in. Clean up is a breeze. Happy with my purchase.

After 20 years I was forced to buy a new mixer and was immediately suspect of the thin beater attachments. 5 uses later one of the attachments was mangled. What a waste of labor, materials, shipping when products aren't quality made.

The mixer is the best on the market and I’m speaking from experience. My Kitchen Aid stand mixer is about 35 years old and is still going strong. Now that’s pretty amazing in today’s world. The thing I found that I like about my hand mixer is not only how well it works but it has a rubber cord that, because of the adjustment , can move with you when you’re using it. Love my kitchen aids. Thank you for the excellent workmanship.

My godson’s wife took it since it was still working. I love Kitchen Aid products. They are so well med. I still have the Red Kitchen Aid Mixer that my in laws bought me as a wedding gift 38 years ago. It is still working well. The hand mixer is so handy when baking and cooking around the house. I love the red color. The setting are simple and easy to use. Whether whipping up creamy potatoes or my egg whites for my German Chocolate Cake. It is do easy to use and clean.

This increase in voltage makes it so much easier to mix doughs and cakes etc. especially heavier doughs like oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough or carrot cake with walnut cookie dough! Had for 2 years and the top of one the beaters has become loose.. I don’t use it all the time either.. My last one lasted 23 years! It’s so sad. I called support and was offered 20% off a new one which I won’t be buying. It’s too bad as I used to love kitchenaid appliances.

I thought I needed a replacement since the "old" one was making a "noise", and I didn't want it to quit in the middle of my using it. The only change was that I opted for red (the old one was white).
