[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet & well made hand mixer but it has few design flaws. Mixer itself is very pretty and high-end looking. Not as powerful as I expected but I am not a huge baker & cook so it works perfect for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid 7-speed hand mixer performs well. I use it quite a bit. The seven speeds work great for anything that I need to mix, it goes from low so pretty high. I usually use it somewhere in the middle. It has a quiet motor, a lot quieter than my last hand mixer. It's not loud in any way and you can hear other things while mixing, which is something I'm not used to. It looks great, the gray and silver with chrome accents really make it look expensive. Like it's made well. The mixers are definitely made to last. The metal is thick and firm and secured well. Definitely made stronger than most mixer attachments I've used. My last mixer when you use the two mixing attachments you just put them in each side, so this one they're designed to go in assigned holes. So there may different, so you really have to take an extra minute or so to figure out which one goes where. Which I find to be a hassle, but doesn't matter that much. I also thought the control panel was a little awkward. The power button is a switch. Did you have to move side to side as to where the speed button is changed by pushing. And the beaters are removed by pushing. So the fact that I would have to switch the power off and on I find a little inconvenient because if I'm ever in a position where I need to turn the mixer off quickly. I have to think about which one is the power button. It has a little red thing to let you know it's on, on the switch, but once when I was using it I didn't notice that and I plugged it in and it came on right away. I just wish it was a little different somehow. I find it inconvenient. Maybe it'll just take some getting used to. Other people might like that I just didn't care for it too much. But overall I think it works great, it blends well, gets the job done. It's very lightweight. Easy to handle. Feels good in your hand. It's easy to clean, I wish I had a case that I could store it in but I just saved the case from my last mixer and store this in there. But overall I'm happy with it and I would recommend it.

It looks really sleek but is still lightweight, an important aspect for me as my arms/wrists get tired. I come with the typical mixer attachment as well as a whisk which was a nice little bonus. It’s not overly loud when in use and cleans up easily. A nice upgrade from what I had.

It works great, it's quiter than previous mixers, pretty lightweight and is super easy to use. I absolutely love the color. The shimmer on it is beautiful without being over the top. Love the attachments that come with it as well. The beaters and wisk work great and clean easily. Really love this mixer!

It works so much better than my old mixer at mixing think batters together. I also love the stainless steel sleek design of it. The whisk attachment is great for whipping up some very fluffy scrambled eggs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a hand mixer for cake batters. This mixer has worked pretty good so far! It is light weight and easy to handle. It's pretty self-explanatory on how to use it. There is only one downside that I found with this particular mixer, or at least the attachments. The attachments would be perfect if they were silicone coated. The bare metal on the attachments should be used carefully depending on your bowl. I noticed some scratching on plastic bowls. I would still recommend this mixer. It's great for what it is!

It comes with 2 beaters and a whisk. The cord is heavy duty and swivels so I don’t get that twisted up cord!! The speeds are lit so it is easy to see them. Love my new mixer!

It mixes very well and the blades switch in and out easily. I love the new modern look and the fact that it is compact, makes for easy storage. It has a little light which is handy in darker areas and it's very quiet. This would make a great gift also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, spoiler alert, I love this thing. We had another mixer like this and it was awful, did not work well, few speeds. This one has seven speeds so I can adjust based on what I am mixing. Easy to use, easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Speed control is easy and satisfying to operate and the light feedback for what speed setting it is on is nice. All controls right at your thumb so entirely one hand operable. All speeds are in a good useable range, no scary mega ultra turbo mode that can throw a bowl across a kitchen but definitely still has a bunch of power at top speed. Both quiet and stable even at high speed. Speed setting automatically starts at the lowest setting every time you turn it on so no risk of blowing up a bowl with high speed accidentally when you first turn it on. Comes with both beaters AND a whisk which I really liked, I use both regularly. Finally, my favorite feature is the eject button for the whisk or beaters. Makes it so I don’t have to grab them with my other hand to take them out of the mixer. I just hold it over the sink and hit the eject button and it drops the beaters/whisk right in there for when I’m ready to clean. Aesthetic look and comfort feel. Great product!

I got this about a year ago and although it basically performs the way one would expect, there are a few things I'm not happy with. First, I don't like the fact that the switch that turns it off and on is separate from the speed control. It feels awkward to switch positions of my fingers to raise the speed after I turn it on. Also and more importantly, the highest speed is not fast enough. Previous hand mixers I've owned were much faster on high.

Unlike most hand mixers, this actually has a true slow setting, which really helps when you want to wet the ingredients without slinging them all over the kitchen. The high speeds work just as you would want them to. The whisk attachment is a nice addition, although I do wonder if the regular beaters would serve the same purpose. The appliance is attractive and works more quietly than I expected. The only issue I have with it is that the speed buttons aren't positioned quite perfectly. It would be nice to be able to change the speed with the hand you are holding the mixer with. Other than that, I am very happy with this mixer!
